This company is first class. I had them completely replace my whole air situation complete . 15 years ago. Every time I've needed them to check it out or a tune up . The professional team is prompt and they care about you. My neighbor Bud Vera was so impressed he asked them to replace his entire system too . Each person that they sent to my house, has been great !

I called Associated Air Conditioning & Heating their business phone was answered promptly by Lou, he was very professional & informative after a few questions, he booked my appointment around my schedule within 24 hours to service my residential AC unit. Technician Juan M called me in advance the morning of my booked appointment and told me that he would arrive on time. As a senior citizen, I must give Associated and their Tecnician 5 stars. So originally, I didn't write a great review about Associated due to some miscommunications about a consultation and the first impression. However, Associated reached out very quickly and sent someone out immediately to give us a free consultation. Tom was very helpful and really took his time to explain everything and had a great attitude toward both me and my husband. Our AC was acting up, and it's literally the worst time of year to not have a working air conditioner. Within 12 hours of calling, Associated had a tech at our house. Not only did he do a full diagnostic, he got the air going, and gave us a full run down of where our system is at. Juan was professional, kind and hard working. Originally had the HVAC system installed through Costco, our tech Juan has came by multiple times for routine check ups and maintenance. We recently had him take out and re-install the units for yard work, he is very capable and is able to get the job done with attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend if anyone is looking to replace their units.

Like many of the others, I met them through Costco. Very professional group and I was impressed with their process and educating me on the equipment and the installation. Ours was a heating and a/c replacement project. We're extremely happy with the results.

Went through Costco a year ago for our air conditioner and heater. Associated Heating and Air were very easy to work with and on time. Ethan, the technician just came out for our yearly check. He was thorough and explained everything well. Would certainly recommend Ethan as well as Associated.

We got our AC a year ago through Costco. This is Costco's contractor for my area. These guys were very straightforward and easy to work with. Very thorough and safe installation. They set up a WiFi thermostat for us too. A year later, we got a letter offering free first service and maintenance. They inspected the furnace, ran the checks on the AC and gave the AC a good cleaning. Great service we always call these guys cause they are very reliable and when they say they are going to be here at a certain time they are very prompt. They always are honest about if something needs to be done they don't do unnecessary work they are honest to say it could last another year not pushy to put money into our furnace. Always clean up after their selves. Thank you so much !! Ps we also use they for our annual air conditioning service also we couldn't trusting anyone else!
