Purchased a new HVAC unit through Costco 7 years ago. Not a smooth experience as the unit did not work properly initially. But they fixed it and recently called for a routine inspection and was quoted exorbitant rates to replace a small part they said was potentially due to fail. All other HVAC companies quoted approx $300 for what they quoted $970. Don't do business with these people. I'm sure the make a living from unsuspecting customers who don't do their homework.
OUTSTANDING! From the initial estimate ETHAN came out and explained everything from taking out the Old Furnace to putting the New one in. Answered all our questions. KEITH took out & installed a New Furnace. Replaced & set up the New Thermostat. I found Associated Heating and Air at Costco. Over the past few days, I have been in contact with Leslie (sales) and Dominic (owner) to help me determine if the company and their HVAC offerings are a good fit for me. The experience has truly been second to none. The representative, who examined my hidden cooling unit, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. His name was Josh, and he explained to me thoroughly what I needed to continue using my unit for more years without being real pushy.

I found them via Costco and was not disappointed at all with the service. Got both A/C and HVAC replaced.!I gave Carlos my budget and he worked with me and his boss to provide me with all the options. He even shared the rebates I should be eligible for, which was awesome. Deigo and Efrain, who came to replace the units were awesome, very knowledgeable and did their work without bothering me for anything and cleaned up everything after the work was completed.
