Our air conditioner wasn't cooling as it should. So we called to have it serviced. It took 4 different visits for the work to be completed. Every service person from Associated that came out to work on our AC was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. it's wonderful working with Matthew. He is very hardworking and obviously know what he is doin! he and his company were very respectful when going inside the house, they were protection on their shoes, and they left no mess. He resolved our issues with the A/C and was not in a hurry to leave to ensure that A/c is really working as expected. i definitely will recommend this company! MATTHEW is the best. by the way the people in the office were all extremely nice too. Overall, they are good to work with.

I got my new Heating and AC system through Costco 3 years ago. The salesperson from Associated Heating and Air persuaded me to do a 3 zoning system with some add on, which they called the "better" option. The whole system has never been working properly since installed. In the past three years, we have had more than 30 service visits. They replaced 1 furnace, 2 motors, 3 thermostats, and they damaged wall and the entrance to the attic from services, etc., but I still don't have functioning AC or heating. I bought my AC with Associated Heater and Air three years ago and decided to purchase the membership plan that provides a maintenance service visit every six months. Today was my appointment and Josh was my technician. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He went well above and beyond by not only doing what is included with the regular maintenance, but he also cleaned the air returns, took the time to explain why it is important to run the fan, and check my old water heater. I highly recommend Associated heating and air. They came to my home in the inland empire next day after I called for AC services and were super on top of meeting all my needs. No hidden fees and got the job done quicker than I expected. I called around a few companies and they were the fastest and best prices.

I had an incredible experience with associated heating and air especially When we were experiencing "when it rains it pours" moment. They went above and beyond than what I expected. My installer Matthew was an amazing installer. He has an uplifting altitude and did not leave any rocks unturned. His work is top notch. I felt like he was installing the furnace for his own home! I would highly recommend anybody to their service.

I do not recommend Associate Heating & Air. I purchased a central air conditioning condenser from them with installation 5 years ago. The unit stopped working this year. They told me that there is a refrigerant leak. What is worse is that because the unit only uses an old type of refrigerant, it is as expensive to repair the unit as buying a new one. To my knowedge air conditionings should last 10-15 years. A credible company would not sell their customers out-dated models.
