I bought my AC with Associated Heater and Air three years ago and decided to purchase the membership plan that provides a maintenance service visit every six months. I highly recommend Associated heating and air. They came to my home in the inland empire next day after I called for AC services and were super on top of meeting all my needs. No hidden fees and got the job done quicker than I expected. I called around a few companies and they were the fastest and best prices.

Associated heating & air came to rescue for me last week and had reasonable prices for the amount of work my house needed! Super thankful for Christina and Alonso and everyone who helped me out during the process. Being a home owner comes with unexpected expenses and they gave me such great advice!
I had an incredible experience with associated heating and air especially When we were experiencing "when it rains it pours" moment. They went above and beyond than what I expected. My installer Matthew was an amazing installer. He has an uplifting altitude and did not leave any rocks unturned. His work is top notch. I felt like he was installing the furnace for his own home! I would highly recommend anybody to their service.

I do not recommend Associate Heating & Air. I purchased a central air conditioning condenser from them with installation 5 years ago. The unit stopped working this year. They told me that there is a refrigerant leak. What is worse is that because the unit only uses an old type of refrigerant, it is as expensive to repair the unit as buying a new one. To my knowedge air conditionings should last 10-15 years. A credible company would not sell their customers out-dated models.

I forgot to add, as we are going through our permit inspection with the city, my husband who is extremely picky was saying how impressed he was with Diego and the crew's work. How clean they were and the extras they did to ensure we didn't have any air leakage and had improved air flow. Diego cleaned and painted the furnace closet as well as installed some silverboard insulation to stop air leakage. Get 2nd opinion or even a 3rd opinion!!!!!! I get cleaning service through this company after finding them through Costco. So, I called them when my AC didn't get cold. My unit is only 5 years old. I was told it was old.. 2002.. then I was told my furnace was failing and they might need to turn off my gas for safety...was told it was from 2010.. I said no it wasn't... it was 5 years old.
