I forgot to add, as we are going through our permit inspection with the city, my husband who is extremely picky was saying how impressed he was with Diego and the crew's work. How clean they were and the extras they did to ensure we didn't have any air leakage and had improved air flow. Diego cleaned and painted the furnace closet as well as installed some silverboard insulation to stop air leakage. Get 2nd opinion or even a 3rd opinion!!!!!! I get cleaning service through this company after finding them through Costco. So, I called them when my AC didn't get cold. My unit is only 5 years old. I was told it was old.. 2002.. then I was told my furnace was failing and they might need to turn off my gas for safety...was told it was from 2010.. I said no it wasn't... it was 5 years old. Update. The service manager tried to "justify" why they charged so much on a simple service call. I find it VERY hard to believe you can sit there with a straight face and tell someone their getting a good deal, and this is "industry standards." You're a joke. Your company is a joke, and you need to retire from the business of HVAC. Technician Lam Tran came out and worked quickly to replace a starter in our condenser which immediately made both ac's on each floor work like brand new. He was courteous, friendly, fast and kind. Thank you Lam for making this summer heat more bearable!
Dave Brown the manager, team of service people, and installers do excellent work. I have a mini split system installed in my attic with the compressor outside. The unit heats and cools very well and has silent operation. Dave personally visited my home with a technician to service my system and ensure it is operating correctly. The service from this team is OUTSTANDING! Thank you!
I'm very happy with my ac unit and the service past and present. These guys break down the details I can understand from the way the unit works, the costs and financing. Thank you Chris Carillo, who came to do service at my house today, nice guy and showed me exactly what small parts needed replacing and why. Awesome job everyone! Efrain, Josh and Angel came to my house today and replaced a condensate pump on my recently installed system. Great, professional courteous, and especially "neat and clean". Associated Heating and Air were referred to through Costco. The entire process was great from start to finish. Matthew and his team were amazing and did an excellent job. My project was unique as I live in a historic property on a raise foundation. The team had to do some custom work to make the system function optimally. I highly recommend Associated Heating & Air.
