Price gougers. Spent 30-40 minutes in my home, replaced a $20 part and charged me $695 - that is an hourly rate of more than $1000/hr.! I contacted their service manage to see if it was a mistake, but he confirmed that was the correct price. He gave me an explanation that they must cover their costs, but did not explain what the profit portion was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Associated Heating and Air just completed an installation of our new air condition and heater system . I couldn't be more please by the outcome . Let's start with, Citlalli . She was excellent . Your records are wrong. I got an automated text at 2:29 saying the technician was on her way. Then a text at 2:57 from the technician saying she was still 30 minutes out.

Associated heating and air is a fantastic HVAC company. My wife and I had a great experience working with them. We had a big job that needed to be done in replacing old ducts and an old furnace and condenser with a whole new HVAC system. Lam came out and helped us understand what was needed and Associated heating and air provided us with an affordable price - much better compared to other companies we asked in the area. I received great service from Alonso Castro. He was on time, worked quickly to determine the problem with my heating and air conditioning system and had the repairs completed fast. The associate I spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful as well.

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling as it should. So we called to have it serviced. It took 4 different visits for the work to be completed. Every service person from Associated that came out to work on our AC was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. it's wonderful working with Matthew. He is very hardworking and obviously know what he is doin! he and his company were very respectful when going inside the house, they were protection on their shoes, and they left no mess. He resolved our issues with the A/C and was not in a hurry to leave to ensure that A/c is really working as expected. i definitely will recommend this company! MATTHEW is the best. by the way the people in the office were all extremely nice too. Overall, they are good to work with.

I got my new Heating and AC system through Costco 3 years ago. The salesperson from Associated Heating and Air persuaded me to do a 3 zoning system with some add on, which they called the "better" option. The whole system has never been working properly since installed. In the past three years, we have had more than 30 service visits. They replaced 1 furnace, 2 motors, 3 thermostats, and they damaged wall and the entrance to the attic from services, etc., but I still don't have functioning AC or heating.
