​I have used Associated heating and air now for over 17 years. I cannot say enough good things about this company . I have bought two AC units over the years from them . Victor just came out and replaced some of the duct work. He is very professional, explains things and goes the extra mile.

Just had my Ac/ heating units replaced, can't say enough on how professional and punctual these guys were. They replaced everything within 8 hours since I wanted my AC up and running ASAP. Want to thank Tony the sales specialist, and the installation team which was phenomenal: Angel, Copper, Efrain, Victor and Keith. If I had to do it again I would certainly call these guys without question.

Just had these guys come over and completely replace our AC unit and upgrade the furnace. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for!!" Associated Heating and Air went above and beyond- not only in the customer service experience but overall consideration for our property and floors. Matthew and Peter were the ones doing the job here today and were incredibly professional, explaining every detail of what they were doing. After another company came out Monday and did NOT diagnose the problem causing a running water sound from our AC air handler and flooding in the adjacent bathroom, Alan from Associated quickly found the problem. He put water in the condensate tube, and saw that the water was not draining out. He changed out that tube, and opened out the vented area beneath the air handler cabinet and found the mysterious flood, which had started to damage our wood floors. My A/C stopped working last night and I called Associated Heating & Air at 8:15 this morning. I explained what was happening and they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (Earliest Available). I asked for an earlier appointment if possible and they said they would do everything hey could to get someone over sooner. I received a text that someone was heading over 2 hrs later!!!! We are so grateful for the team at Associated Heating and Air. Our school had our air conditioning unit stop working in the middle of summer school. They were able to come out quickly, assess the issue, and repair a leak. Our students were so happy to have a cool classroom once again. We have to say a big thank you to Alan. I have been with Associated Heating and Air Conditioning for 4+ years and I should say, kudos to Mr. Lam for his dedication and knowledge to his work and spot on cleanliness to our HVAC unit that we invested. Technicians like him is a hard to find nowadays for his trustworthiness. I would like for him to take care of our investment for the coming months and years. Thank you Mr. Lam.
