Update. The service manager tried to "justify" why they charged so much on a simple service call. I find it VERY hard to believe you can sit there with a straight face and tell someone their getting a good deal, and this is "industry standards." You're a joke. Your company is a joke, and you need to retire from the business of HVAC. Matt, thank you for your feedback. However, there are a couple items that should be addressed about your complaint/ review. Our technician Lam, whom you referenced in the review, gave your Aunt multiple options for repair and replacement due to the age of the system, and she elected to repair her 16 year old R22 system that uses an obsolete refrigerant. Technician Lam Tran came out and worked quickly to replace a starter in our condenser which immediately made both ac's on each floor work like brand new. He was courteous, friendly, fast and kind. Thank you Lam for making this summer heat more bearable!
Dave Brown the manager, team of service people, and installers do excellent work. I have a mini split system installed in my attic with the compressor outside. The unit heats and cools very well and has silent operation. Dave personally visited my home with a technician to service my system and ensure it is operating correctly. The service from this team is OUTSTANDING! Thank you!
I'm very happy with my ac unit and the service past and present. These guys break down the details I can understand from the way the unit works, the costs and financing. Thank you Chris Carillo, who came to do service at my house today, nice guy and showed me exactly what small parts needed replacing and why. Awesome job everyone! Efrain, Josh and Angel came to my house today and replaced a condensate pump on my recently installed system. Great, professional courteous, and especially "neat and clean". I so appreciate you squeezing me in today (in this heat) !! Thanks also to Christina on the phones, Omar who called me back on a Sunday, and Keith who came out today to assess. Associated Heating and Air were referred to through Costco. The entire process was great from start to finish. Matthew and his team were amazing and did an excellent job. My project was unique as I live in a historic property on a raise foundation. The team had to do some custom work to make the system function optimally. I highly recommend Associated Heating & Air. No one came during the appointment time or even an hour afterwards. No one called before or after. When we called the company, we were put on hold then hung up on. We called again and no one answered. This is extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time here.

I had a problem with the location of my condenser unit and after a few calls spoke to David B. who said that he and his team would make it right. And they did! David came to my house for an initial assessment and Angel and Alan from his team came out and provided an ideal solution. They went above and beyond to address a related matter that wasn't really within the scope of what they'd been sent to do. Can't say enough good things about this team.
