This is an outstanding company to do business with. We had them replace our AC and furnace and are very happy with the entire experience and process. Our home is three stories high and they arranged for a crane, got the permits and installed the new equipment in less than a week. After the install, we observed some minor damage to the plaster on the wall around a new air intake they installed. tune up went well. It had been a while since our last tuneup so we had a number of fixes
We had a service call today and a technician named Citlalli came out to our residence. We have a piggy back unit furnace on bottom and air conditioner on top. She took the units apart showed us what was going on with them. Showed us monitor readings explained how what the readings should be. She was great and very knowledgeable.
My review is way overdue! Eric and team replaced my AC in March. The AC unit hadn't been replaced since the condo unit was built in the 90's. Needless to say, it was quite the project. The entire team did an exceptional job and I highly recommend calling them for a fair price and outstanding customer response time. They are an approved vendor through Costco. I can't thank their entire team enough for all their hard work and great attention to detail through the entire process.
This company is the best! They installed a new HVAC system at my previous address and again when I purchased another residence. Both experiences were pleasant. During my recent installation of a Lennox system, Victor, Moses, Eric and Matthew were on the job. They were professional , capable and very friendly to me. Copper did the follow up for inspections, and he was great, too. I can't say enough good things about this company!
Associated Air Conditioning recently put a Lennox split A/C unit at my house. Their team does excellent work. They made sure the installation looked very neat. They cleaned up the area when they were through. They explained how the system worked. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I would definitely use them again.
Got connected with Associated Heating & Air thru my local Costco and am so glad I did. Called their office for an appt and got one for the very next day. Their tech, Lam, came over on time, and was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I've had a problem with my AC unit for over a year and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. I needed a new condenser unit (the outdoor piece), and they quoted me $17,893... ALMOST EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. This is a service contracted through Costco. I just needed the main unit replaced, which I can get for just over $3,000 and get installed with as local contractor. Are they insane? Yes!!!
