As always 5 star service and 5 star food!!! Ruth Chris uptown is always my go to spot for a nice dinner
So overpriced. Ordered Salmon dinner $33 a plate, got small piece of salmon on a plate and that was it.. seriously? Spent $100 + for two of us with no alcohol dinner in the middle of week. That is not right. Food is generic just ok and not worth the price. Not coming back.
We frequent this location pretty often. It's good food you can count on for a nice night. My wife loves the salmon. I always get the bone in filet . I'm not a filet eater usually but it's the best steak Ruth's Chris has. That's not a dig, it's just the extra marbling with the bone in gives this steak the best balance between taste and texture. Came here for my birthday, like we do every year, expecting the usual, quiet, romantic, intimate evening we've come to know and love from Ruth's. It's a tradition for us, a SPECIAL occasion. THIS is where we go for an amazing, ( albeit insanely expensive) dinner, top- notch service, and instead, we may as well have been at TGI Friday's. Ruth's Chris is one of our favorite steakhouses! We ate here on Friday during restaurant week. Half of our party ordered from the special menu, and half ordered from the regular menu. Our server did a very good job of combining the two and keeping everyone happy. The shrimp cocktail, calamari, and salads were all fresh and tasty. The steaks were well prepared. Amazing atmosphere. Waiters were very attentive until after we received our entrees. Then they kinda went MIA. But they were friendly & provided great service. Food is always good.
Ruth's Chris was my favorite restaurant, I've been to this and other locations in other cities before. My boyfriend and I had the crab cake appetizer, the tomahawk steak and the lobster Mac and cheese to share. I've never had their crab cake before, it was good but not the best I've had (I prefer capital grille's).
