Erin is 100% the best server. She gave me the BEST recommendations - steak, wine, apps, desserts - the woman knows that menu! Everything she recommended was incredible. She even made sure to minimize my embarrassment when I spilled my wine everywhere... WHOOPS lol she immediately told me a story about her spilling wine and why I shouldn't feel bad. Just incredible. I would like to be her best friend. Please and thank you. Haha thank you for a beautiful evening, Erin! Can't wait to come back.

My friend and I decided to eat at Ruth Chris steak house yesterday and we were treated poorly to say the least. The server was being very rude and rolled her eyes every time we asked for an extra napkin or plate. We ordered the seafood platter and the lobster tails were green, literally green! I also notice the table behind me getting quicker and friendlier service than we were. I went here during Resturant week. I wanted to see if they steak was really that good or was it only hyped because of the name & prices. I realized it was hype in my opinion. For a steak that cost as much as it did I was expecting a lot more taste wise. My favorite steak spot in Charlotte is still Sullivan's.

Came here with a group of friends for prom, overall experience wasn't incredible. Took 30 minutes to pay, and 3 of our checks were overcharged for extra sides. Another prom group had a reservation for 7:30 and were not seated until 8:15. The wrong soup and salads were given out. Overrated.

The food straight--service is good. A nice restaurant with white table cloths. Everything is a la carte so be prepared to have a lat of money. Treat yourself for a birthday, business lunch/dinner, date, anniversary, or just because. F*ck it YOLO

Stayed at the Courtyard across from the restaurant which offers room service from Ruth Chris. Was really excited to be able to enjoy great Ruth Chris offerings from the comforts of my own room. I called to place an order and was transferred to the bar as they handle the room service orders per the individual who answered the phone. While placing my order I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes. After it had passed the one hour mark I called to check on my order. Had the best time, and a great meal, during a pretty busy weekend for the area. The restaurant worked hard to keep up with customer demands and was very accommodating when our party size was fluctuating. Mick was the absolute best server! It's extremely rare for no one in a party of five to have complaints.

We had a great Valentine's meal at Ruth's Chris. I was happy we got in as just about all reservation options I tried were booked days in advance. I had a bone-in filet while my wife had Salmon. We had a curated chef's meal including salad for my wife, Lobster Bisque for me. Two sides accompanied our meal so we got the garlic mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus. Came for restaurant week with my fiancé and enjoyed every minute of it! We both had stack which was cooked to perfection as we both requested medium well and everything from Start to finish was delicious.
