I moved to Charlotte because of how great Clayton's service was.
Food is always good when we go here. I usually take my girlfriend here for our anniversary. Ambience is nice and the waiting staff are quick to assist. Pricing is a little high compared to their competitors however. For two glasses of wine and two steak dinners, expect to spend around $200 with tip for dinner.
Food and service was wonderful. Our wait staff was very polite and took care of us even with the slight delay in our food which we didn't feel or notice if it wasn't for them apologizing about it. Food came out perfect, steak temperature was on point. Lobster Mac was stellar; large lobster pieces which was a surprise....especially since most places it ends up a disappointment.. so big A+ here. Fiancée loves the cheesecake and it was pretty fantastic
So I'm always leery about chain restaurants...especially uptown. However, this location for Ruth's Chris exceeded my expectations as a first time visitor....and by first time I mean I've never been to a Ruth's Chris ever. I have always had good experiences at this Ruth's Chris location in the past. Always very welcoming for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I took my parents here to celebrate a birthday weekend last week. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Sunday, but yet it still took over an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered. When the steaks did arrive, all 3 steaks were cooked to the wrong temperature (2 over cooked and one undercooked). We were so hungry that we didn't complain and just ate them. LB or Laura Beth was the one who was giving us the best customer service. We had the best time celebrating our Anniversary. She was very helpful and we loved our experience cause of her. Thank you to Chad for being very hospitable. He made sure we had a good time.
8/21: WHYYY?! Why when I warmed up my leftovers the steak was STILLL SOOO AMAZING AND JUICY!! @ruthchris if you need any Elite to test any new meats or sample anything, I am FOREVER available!! Lol.
I order the ribeye, and it was delicious. Our server Mitch, was top notch. He was very insightful and very helpful.
Food and service great as always. I haven't been here in a while and forgot what I missing. I'm definitely look forward to my next visit. This Ruth's Chris was probably the nicest one I've been to. And our server April was amazing
