First time dining at this location while visiting Savannah! We had the shrimp cocktail, veal raviolis appetizers, for the Entree we had the porterhouse for two, everything was very good and the staff was outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful dinner !!
Our dining experience got off to a less than hospitable start at the bar (the two women working the bar on our visit should really consider a profession outside of the service industry). My husband spoke to the manager and expressed our dissatisfaction with the poor level of service provided to us at the bar. The manager was truly sincere and interested in making things right. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Chef Locke at the Savannah, Georgia location of Ruth's Chris! Not only were our steaks prepared perfectly, our entire meal was AMAZING! Chef Locke went above and beyond in making certain that our anniversary meal was incredible. Thank You again Chef Locke!
worst experience ever. Sadie was the most unprofessional rude hostess we've experienced. We were not treated respectfully and very disappointed with how she spoke to us. Would not recommend this low class establishment especially since they hire unprofessional rude staff. worthless.

Absolutely above and beyond our expectations. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary which I mentioned on our online reservation. We were seated in a private dining room which was unexpected. We had wonderful service, complimentary champagne after a perfect dinner. My husband needed to send back his steak for longer cooking, chef sent back extra side at no charge. Just absolutely wonderful service. Will definitely return on next trip.
Always enjoy eating here, usually only on special occasions. Last night was the 40th anniversary of our first date. We met up with friends for our 6:30 reservation and were seated promptly. Steaks were prepared perfectly, all the staff were friendly and very professional. Richard was superb at his recommendations of both food and wine, and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Took a shot without a reservation, and was pleased to be seated without a wait in the "lounge" area. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the steak was excellent. Shared a 40 oz tomahawk and two sides with my wife. Steak was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and overall delicious. Roasted brussel sprouts were especially good. Steak, two sides, and two glasses of wine came to about $180.
