Absolutely amazing. We had one hiccup and I'm not mentioning it here cause the service and food was on point. The mgr fixed the issue which was completely unexpected and unnecessary but surprised me and was grateful for it. His name Eric. Our server totally attentive, paid attention to detail, refilled tea so many times I had to switch coke (I was rather dehydrated prior to coming here as this was in February). The steak was amazing and the stuffed chicken is good too but their drinks not that strong
Been to several Ruth-Chris Steak Houses and they're usually a pretty safe bet. Not particularly my favorite steak house, but our friends were hell-bent on going here for dinner so we obliged. This one is conveniently located. Nice ambiance, but they're all the same. Food was okay, mediocre at best - crab legs were good, but I kept eating pieces of shell, which was a little off-putting. This is definitely one of my favorite steak houses in the Savannah area. I came for a friends birthday. It was their first time and they made sure that they were taken care of. We had the sriracha shrimp as an appetizer which tasted amazing. Just the right balance of sweet and spicy. Since my surgery I haven't really been able to eat red meats they way I use to so I settled for the chicken this time around and it was definitely bursting with flavor. Been to several Ruth Chris and they're consistently good. It's exactly what I expected coming here and why I will continue to do so. Our waiter Dikembe was professional and polite throughout.
Mediocre service and food. Don't tell people when making reservation that it is business casual and obviously not enforced! Decor is beautiful and waiter was nice.
We love our Ruth Chris in Florida. Just left the Savannah location, and not particularly pleased. The lamb chops were fine, but the chopped salad was not good at all... far cry from what I'm used to. My husband's dinner had no complaints. Our server was fine, but overall experience, Just not great.
My wife and I decided to have a date night and rented a room downtown. It was spur of the moment, so we did not have a reservation for Saturday night.
