A steakhouse without the steak that you order they had to come back and tell me that there didn't have thr stake. Then take it off the menu or closed down. offered me another steak and she seems shocked I didn't want it or automatically agree for the shit I don't want. I'm not paying $50 for steak I don't want. So I got an overpriced house salad and overpriced beer and thank you so much Ruth Chris you're amazing.

Had the 11 oz fillet for a $65.00 + steak that is suppose to be prime grade it was extremely disappointing . The cab sauv wine was old and I complained and it was replaced , the Wife did not want me to complain about the steak and I did not want to upset her . If they are hand carving them they know what they are serving. When they say fillet I wonder if they are serving fillet mignon or are pulling an outback steakhouse fillet that is on the menu but if you ask its alices fillet not really filet mignon . been to many ruth chris's steak house. very disappointed in this location. i went in to ask if they had any availability & they said they were fully booked, not accepting anyone, even for the bar (which was not empty). My husband went in ten minutes later to ask and the same woman said "15 minute wait" granted we were here a year ago, brought out wrong food, & second time brought lobster out undercooked. never ate. manager told us we would be comp'd next time we came in, above was our next time. disappointed.

Wonderful experience! Jameel was our waiter and he made us feel so special! His service was attentive and personal! The food was amazing! Never had a better steak! Delicious dessert! Beautiful atmosphere!

This spot is serving meal kits, we used the pickup option and it was great. Food was great, hot, very enjoyable!

The food is very good and generally the service as well. What I am not happy about is this; my wife asked for a glass of house cabernet to which the waiter replied, "we don't have a house wine, but I can recommend a nice cabernet". My wife said okay, thinking he would substitute an inexpensive wine as a substitute for "a house wine". Of course when the bill arrives, the cost of the waiter's recommended substitute was about 2 1/2 times the cost of a low end glass of cabernet listed on Ruth's menu. My wife was livid. We came here for our anniversary. Our server John was very attentive and informative on the different types of steaks and cuts. My husband ordered they new York strip with the lobster tail, I ordered the lamb chops with grilled shrimp, and our daughter ordered chicken fingers and fries. The food was amazing but the atmosphere was EXTREMELY LOUD! We could not even hold a conversation at our table because we couldn't hear!!

Hunt was our waiter and he was wonderful. Amazing service and amazing food, as always. We are locals and love to come here for date night. Will ask for Hunt again, loved him.

The beauty of it being a franchise is "consistency". It may not be mind-blowing WOW, but you don't get horrible/undesirable surprise either. Their steaks are solid--cooked properly with a clear understanding of what it means by medium. As for the sides, nothing particularly stood out, but all sides met our expectations. Service is good too. Personally, if I want fine dining without taking any risk, I would simply come here.
