So 8/08/2020 was my first time ever at a Ruth's Chris Steak House and it was amazing and honestly above my expectations food wise. My partner and I were celebrating 4 years together and had a great experience. We first had glasses of ice water followed by some drinks of our choice (wine) we aren't huge drinkers so I have no idea what the wine was but it was delicious. Food was great ordered the filet with lobster it was perfect, son ordered lobster Mac large portion. Daughter ordered crab cakes she loved them. Service was sub par. Server didn't know menu and forgot drink orders. But she was nice and obviously new.

This was my first and last time eating at the Savannah GA Ruth's Chris location. I went with some friends for a birthday dinner and our server Matt charged my card three times. Without letting me know his mistake, I checked my account the next day and gave Ruth's Chris a call. I spoke with management and they told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days for me to see my funds back into my account. It's been 9 days and there still isn't a refund. The food here is AMAZING!! The custom cocktails that Eric mixed for us were ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Our server Jerris was on point, professional, and a master at the art of customer service. I have 20+ years of restaurant experience and 25+ years of customer service. So please believe me when I say that this location and the staff know what they are doing.

We go to Ruth's Chris restaurants regularly when we travel. This was by far the worst food and service we have ever encountered at a Ruth's Chris. 1 steak was over cooked, the sweet potato casserole lacked sweet potatoes and the other sides lacked salt and pepper. The manager did try to make things rite, but having to send food back left my wife eating cold food. On a positive note the bread was delicious.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. Excellent food and excellent service. We had a secluded table in the corner. This Ruth's Chris restaurant was renovated within the last year or two and it looks wonderful. The wedge salad and lobster bisque were fantastic. Our steak was cooked flawless. The creme brule' was a perfect ending to our dinner. Ruth's Chris rarely fails to give an amazing dinning experience and this was no exception.

We began a 10 minute walk on East street towards a place I had in mind for a couple of apps, but then we passed Ruth's Chris. Mom knew they had a good deal on seared ahi tuna during happy hour and as it turned out they also had a good steak sandwich deal, so we took a detour. The tuna was quite good, especially when combined with a little ginger or wasabi sauce. Beautifully presented. As for me, that 6 oz filet steak sandwich with fresh cut fries only set me back 9 bucks. In town for the weekend, couldn't find a local spot that didn't have an hour or two wait. Walked in to check it out as it's a well known brand. The host was friendly and found a place for us immediately. It definitely saved our evening and we appreciated it so much. Would recommend

As always, Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. My husband could literally cut his steak with a fork. They also offer kid's options at this restaurant(I was worried when I couldn't find anything about a children's menu online)! About $15 for the entree, side, dessert and drink which was great! Service was great and fast. Would definitely recommend.
