As always, a great experience at Ruth's Chris. Our hostess (Karen) was on point with excellent service and superb recommendations. The Ceasar salad appetizer is a very generous size and could be a meal in itself. The 22 ounce bone-in ribeye was seasoned perfectly (salt and pepper) which resulted in a delicious, huge and sizzling steak delivered to the table. The food and ambiance were second to none. We will be back soon!

I was in Savannah Ga for a business trip. We had a party of 7 and called ahead of time to be told we did not need a reservation. The director of our department went up and was speaking to the hostess and the hostess was extremely rude to the director. the Director asked if we could go in where the cocktail area was and the hostess told her no. We entered the restaurant for a party of seven and were told that we could not be served until 9:30pm. We had called ahead and was told that we could not be seated until 8:45pm! Our party asked about the opportunity to have cocktails and were told that was not an option for our party. While searching for another dining option we witnessed several patrons entering the restaurant and being directed to the bar area. Hostesses were great. Matty was an attentive server with fine service. He accommodated us for everything. They were out of the lamb chops that I loved but the T-Bone steak with the Lobster Mac and Cheese was a pleasant substitute. Overall, I enjoyed this establishment.

Doesn't look very impressive from the outside, in-fact nothing really impressive on the inside as well. We had heard so much about the place especially the melt in your mouth steak, all in all it was just okay. The cocktail and the beer on tap were very underwhelming! The ravioli appetizer was really yummy! The sides were family size but needed a lot of work, we had mashed potatoes, but they were basic and the shoestring fries were more like chips. We didn't have reservations so sat in the bar area. Same food service just no reservation. It was still great food and amazing service!!

Favorite steak in Savannah! We always eat here when in town. The steak is a must have. It's always cooked to perfection with excellent flavor and tenderness. Tonight we had the French onion soup, asparagus, au gratin potatoes, and the filet. If you go, ask for Karen with the green tie. She took great care of us!

The meal was absolutely amazing. As usual. I felt a little rushed. We started with a salad and before it was finished the entree was at our table. I told the waiter I'd like to start with a bourbon and have wine with my steak, another waiter asked for the wine list while I was still eating the Cobb salad I told him no and I would like a glass of Malbec. We were almost done with the steak when our original waiter asked if I would like a glass of wine. We shared the 40oz tomahawk which was cooked to perfection.

I have eaten here several times, nothing like last night! Our server was Nathan, was not attentive at all. Party of 4 here to celebrate my birthday. When we ordered our meals he said he would bring our bread. We never got any! The food was mediocre, my daughters salad was overdressed, not edible. Two of us did not get our deserts, one came to table, suppose to be lava cake, cold and dry. These were included in our meal, waiter seemed to not realize that we were missing our bread pudding.
