I frequent Ruth's Chris when I travel. Kind of like critiquing the bread, the drinks, the offerings, etc. just dipped in for happy hour as the Covid crap is slowly opening everything. My wife drinks the raspberry/Rose Mary cosmos and compares the bar tenders; on that end, Jordan is spot on. My wife said it was perfect. I just had Chardonnay so no critique. This was the most amazing experience. My bridesmaids and I were out for the weekend celebrating my upcoming nuptials and we couldn't find a place to eat. We came here and they set us up a table immediately and gave us the best experience we could have hoped for!! Amazing service by our servers Eric and Jerris! Champagne, toasts, delicious food, and just an overall perfect night. I would highly recommend coming here!!!

This was my first time visiting Savannah Georgia. I came for my birthday weekend and decided to visit this restaurant. I was blown away by the service! From the sweet guy who took my reservation, to the lovely hostess and to my amazing waiter Mr Matthew Davis! He was incredible and made my day special. Thanks guys for a memorable experience. My first time at Ruth Chris and I've gotta say, this one was pretty bad. My boyfriend has been talking it up and I always said no because it's so expensive, but I gave in and I'm not happy I did. Our steaks were not done right, the mash potatoes were AWFUL. Those are his favorite there and he said they just did something wrong that night. We walked by to get my dad a burger for dinner and called in a Tasty prime hamburger. It came with a nice loaf of bread, and French fries. He loved them, and the dinner takeout was about $16 for a huge burger!.

Sara was an amazing server. I took my husband here for his birthday and it was his first time at Ruth Chris, the experience and customer service was out of this world.. The ambiance was awesome. Now the reason why I didn't give it a full 5 star rating was because I wasn't so impressed by the steak. I expected it to hold a candle to it's competitors but sadly it did not. I heard so much about the creamed spinach, it wasn't good at all, there was a lack of flavor and I don't like "reseasoning" anyone's food.

Well, to be honest, the Ruth's Chris locations in Boston, Charleston and Jacksonville were far superior to the Savannah location. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our first alcoholic beverages but the wait was bearable due to my beautiful wife's company. The steak was...average. We ordered two filet's, medium, and both were rather dry. I've experienced great steaks from other locations with perfectly moist cuts of grilled meat. The service was perfect and the food was great. With tip it came to $600 for four people. So be prepared to pay for greatness, because greatness is not cheap. The signature sides are as good as the steaks. As all cities, parking is not to be found Uber it or Limo, to keep the night great.

Food was excellent as usual. Today's five star rating goes to John A. His service was exceptional. Hands down the best service we've ever had any where. We will definitely ask for him by name at our next visit. Thank you John for taking such good care of us!
