We came here for our anniversary. Our server John was very attentive and informative on the different types of steaks and cuts. My husband ordered they new York strip with the lobster tail, I ordered the lamb chops with grilled shrimp, and our daughter ordered chicken fingers and fries. The food was amazing but the atmosphere was EXTREMELY LOUD! We could not even hold a conversation at our table because we couldn't hear!!
Hunt was our waiter and he was wonderful. Amazing service and amazing food, as always. We are locals and love to come here for date night. Will ask for Hunt again, loved him.
The beauty of it being a franchise is "consistency". It may not be mind-blowing WOW, but you don't get horrible/undesirable surprise either. Their steaks are solid--cooked properly with a clear understanding of what it means by medium. As for the sides, nothing particularly stood out, but all sides met our expectations. Service is good too. Personally, if I want fine dining without taking any risk, I would simply come here.
Restaurant follows CDC guidelines for COVID 19. We enjoyed our outing. We went to celebrate hubby 's birthday. The food was hot and fresh. Our sever Jahmeel was excellent! He did a great job, Hopefully we will get him in the future. He was willing to answer questions about the menu and we never saw the bottom of our glasses. The gave my husband a dessert for his birthday.
I went there with my friend. Our waiter was wonderful. He made suggestions as to what was good. I took him up on his suggestion of the lamb chops. They were amazing. Cooked perfectly and very tasty. We also had the lobster Mac and cheese and creamed spinach. They were both delicious. I highly recommend Ruth Chris.
Ruth's Chris is always great, however, Hunt took our normally great dinner and turned it into something stellar. He is so personable and everything he recommended was something we never knew we needed. Thank you, Hunt! Coming back soon from California just to see you.
Update: Food and service were amazing! I recommend the surf and turf (lobster and filet) with creamy spinach and crab stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. More than enough for an additional meal. Fully stocked bar with ample bourbon choices and pages of wine to select from.
We had poor service.... all the managers and waiter were paying most of their attention to a priority customer at the next table and felt we were ignored. Food was good.
Great service! Amazing food! My first Ruth's Chris experience left me looking forward to a second one!
