Out of lettuce, worst steaks I've ever had at a Ruth's Chris, couldn't even cook the French fries. If you ordered the turkey you got absolutely the worst meal. Gave us a free app that was also terrible. Feel bad for the staff but this was an absolute cluster. Don't know if I'll ever come back here again. RUINED THANKSGIVING FOR 2021!!! I'm not sure how things are otherwise, like on a non holiday night, but to make a reservation on Thanksgiving day only to be made to wait over 90 minutes and still not being seated is absurd. I feel as if there was ample time and notification to prep for incidences and yet there was no contingency plan in place for what happened this thanksgiving. we went for our anniversary And Drew was our waiter. The service was spectacular, and the food was amazing. We had such a great time. We will definitely come back and ask for Drew.
For our last night in Savannah we decided to dine at Ruth Chris. Had a very pleasant tasty and enjoyable meal. The ambiance was nice. Richard our server was amazing.I will definitely ask for him again when I go back. If steak is what you want pay these folks a visit.
Excellent food. Steaks come out hot sizzling on a buttered plate. Great drinks. Bar service level could improve.
Thanks so much to Jamie, Richard & Aubrey for creating an opening for us without a reservation. The service was over the top and as always our meal was extraordinary. You guys rock!
We took a little vacation in Savannah and thought we would go out for a nice dinner while we were there. This place did not disappoint. The food was great but the service was even better. Aubrey was our waitress and she was awesome. We were taken care of from the moment we sat down until we walked out the door. Great job!
This was our first time coming in for dinner at Ruth's Chris. Great experience from the moment we stepped in. The food was amazing, and also our server Aubrey elevated our visit! Can't wait to visit this place again 10/10 Recommend
