I'm not sure how things are otherwise, like on a non holiday night, but to make a reservation on Thanksgiving day only to be made to wait over 90 minutes and still not being seated is absurd. I feel as if there was ample time and notification to prep for incidences and yet there was no contingency plan in place for what happened this thanksgiving. we went for our anniversary And Drew was our waiter. The service was spectacular, and the food was amazing. We had such a great time. We will definitely come back and ask for Drew.
For our last night in Savannah we decided to dine at Ruth Chris. Had a very pleasant tasty and enjoyable meal. The ambiance was nice. Richard our server was amazing.I will definitely ask for him again when I go back. If steak is what you want pay these folks a visit.
Excellent food. Steaks come out hot sizzling on a buttered plate. Great drinks. Bar service level could improve.

We took a little vacation in Savannah and thought we would go out for a nice dinner while we were there. This place did not disappoint. The food was great but the service was even better. Aubrey was our waitress and she was awesome. We were taken care of from the moment we sat down until we walked out the door. Great job!
This was our first time coming in for dinner at Ruth's Chris. Great experience from the moment we stepped in. The food was amazing, and also our server Aubrey elevated our visit! Can't wait to visit this place again 10/10 Recommend
First time dining at this location while visiting Savannah! We had the shrimp cocktail, veal raviolis appetizers, for the Entree we had the porterhouse for two, everything was very good and the staff was outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful dinner !!
Our dining experience got off to a less than hospitable start at the bar (the two women working the bar on our visit should really consider a profession outside of the service industry). My husband spoke to the manager and expressed our dissatisfaction with the poor level of service provided to us at the bar. The manager was truly sincere and interested in making things right.
