I visit this restaurant at least twice a month when I am in Savannah in business. Last week I went in and my experience was not a good one. I had a 16 oz ribeye that was full of fat. I told the server and she sent the manager over. Once I received my bill, 10% of the meal was discounted. I sent more than 50% of the steak back. If I would've known they were going to take 10% off, I would've asked for another steak. Please consider customer service and taking care of your people when things go wrong.

been to 7-8 franchises. This was by far the worst. not even close. had to get my 6 or 7th wine choice. had to track down the wine person/manager to even order that choice. thousand island dressing was awful. it's still going thru me. worse than a Newman's own. the steak was cooked perfectly except the chef forgot salt. had to eat it, asked for a discount and manager was like nah. ok. avoid unless you have no other choice (McDonald's being closed and all). manager had no clue.

Worst dining experience of our lives. To top it off the waiter dropped my steak on the carpet. Do not go here!

Good food and service, as always. We sat at the bar and had a really great conversation with bartenders. The steak really 'hit the mark' while we were on vacation visiting Savannah.

We had a birthday dinner reservation and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. There was nothing that we didn't enjoy and the services was excellent. The mood is classy yet comfortable and perfect for special celebrations like birthday and anniversary dinners. My favorites were the Raspberry Rosemary Cocktail, veal ravioli and keoke coffee. They each had a unique touch to them.

We've dined at twenty plus RCs over the years and this particular establishment doesn't deserve the name. I ordered my filet medium rare. It came well done. I sent it back. When everyone else was finished, my "redone" filet arrived cold. Simply horrible food and service. Too many good restaurants in Savannah to waste your dollars here.

I've been eating at Ruth's all over the US for years. This will be my first negative review and experience since I was introduced 24 years ago. We arrived for our reservation and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Our drink orders were place at water service and didn't arrive until minutes before the appetizers. (This is the second time I've attempted to order the Seafood Tower at this location and was told it wasn't available. They should probably remove it from the menu.) We have dined at RC for special occasions or whenever we are gifted with gift cards. We always make a reservation and we are always seated promptly whenever it is time. The food and service here has always been great and we really enjoy each visit. My favorite cut of steak is the ribeye paired with mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach. The fries are also good and the sides are shareable sized so you get a lot of food.
