Had a wonderful meal with my family, two petite fillets, New York strip, and T-Bone steaks cooked to perfection. The potatoes au'gratin, sweet potato pie, fire grilled corn, and asparagus were phenomenal. The deserts of flourless chocolate cake, crème brûlée, carrot cake, and white chocolate pudding cake was nothing short of spectacular. Our service was outstanding and very accommodating, but the food was not great. Our table ordered the petite file cooked medium rare, the ribeye cooked medium rare, and brussels sprouts and au gratin potatoes to share. The petite file and brussels sprouts were delicious, but the ribeye and potatoes were disappointing. The ribeye was served incredibly undercooked and the waitress agreed. Decided that we wanted a nice dinner, and I had a gift card here, so we were excited to come dine. The sea bass was delicious, and the steak was excellent as well. Our sever was top notch and the table service was excellent. We had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, and they were the best part of the meal. We had the mashed potatoes and the creamy spinach as sides. I wasn't overly impressed with either. It makes for a very expensive meal, but it's consistently good and makes for a nice dinner and evening out.

Steak is tender. Service is great. Sides are great. Steak has no flavor. We make better steak at home for a fraction of the price. I feel this steakhouse chain is way over rated!

The food was delicious. Alex our waiter was very polite and helped us with good appetizers to try. Lobster voodoo was my favorito. We enjoyed our Paloma fever. Will definitely come again soon. Thank you.

I had dinner at Ruth Chris last night after a 4 hour drive into the city. The restaurant was in walking distance of the hotel but should have gone to a different restaurant. I sat at bar and the service was great. I ordered a medium plus ribeye and my steak was served to me burnt on the bottom and was well done. I was starving and tried to eat the steak but it was too burnt to enjoy. My potato was good . I was so excited to come here and enjoy a night out with my wife because we heard such great things about Ruth's Chris from our friends and through YouTube videos. The appetizers looked so delicious and everyone loved their steaks as well as their great service in the reviews however we got the exact opposite during our experience.
