Went for mine and my husband's 15 year wedding anniversary. Food was meh. 1) Took forever for our server to take our drink order 2) Lobster bisque was burnt. Didn't eat it all. 3) my filet with crabmeat and bernaise sauce tasted like mayonnaise. Filet cooker perfectly, but mayo??? I won't be going back.

We love Ruths and tonight just solidify why. Amazing meal, delicious drinks and the service was incredible. But at the end of the night, I just had to speak the the manager. Now before y'all call me a Karen, just hear me out. I had to call him over and tell him what an AMAZING job Alex (our server) did taking care of us. Prompt service, drink recommendations, food recs and even making a special birthday plate for the hubs. Will always a thousand percent love this place and if you go, ask to be seated in Alex's area!

Being single (widowed), I always sit at the bar. Josh, Haley and Michael always take good care of me and the food is consistently delicious.

This was our first time at a Ruth's Chris Steak House, and it certainly won't be our last! We had reservations for 2 at 6:30 on a Sunday in the Lounge. We probably didn't need the reservations as there was no wait but we weren't sure. Picked the lounge over the formal dining room so it was a bit more casual. We started with the pomegranate martini and the raspberry rosemary cocktail, both were excellent. Ruth's Chris is one of my favorite premium restaurants and we have eaten there in several states and have found all of them to be consistently outstanding no matter the location.....until this one. I ordered the cowboy ribeye cooked medium which the waitress said that meant hot red center. That is how I like my steak cooked. However the one I received was clearly medium well, no red at all and only a slight strip of pale pink in the very center. This had been my favorite place since they opened. Every birthday was celebrated there. Yesterday our waiter was either brand new or just had an attitude. While my wife was eating her salad he moved the dish to the side in mid bite and said the entrees would be coming. She moved it back to finish and he seemed offended the rest of the dinner. Terse with everything said. It was my birthday so thought we'd get the dessert but none came but the bill came and he reminded me I could skip the review. Very disappointed.
