Arrived early for our noon reservation and was promptly seated. We were rather surprised that there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant. The server greeted us with warm bread and butter and took our drinks order. I ordered the crab sandwich with hand cut fries; the sandwich was delicious, but was not like their lump crab cake served for dinner. Way overrated!! The steaks are not any better then most steak houses. The potatoes were good.

I've lived and worked on both coats, as well as Chicago, so it had never really occurred to me to try a chain steakhouse until I relocated to Bentonville. I wasn't consciously trying to be snobby about it, it's just that this place never entered my decision set. After living in NWA for five years, I finally decided to take the plunge with the local Ruth's Chris. Overall, dinner was pretty solid. My steak, the classic filet with blue cheese, was by far the best part of the meal. Overall, I would return here.

What a lovely place but what a sad disappointment! Brought my husband here for his birthday and had a steak not as good as the ones he cooks at home from Walmart Lovely ambience and great service, but the steak was really disappointing. The Caesar salad, bread, and sweet potato casserole were awesome! Steak was overdone and very chewy. They brought him a wonderful complementary dessert!! Lovely dinner, just wish the steak would have been better...

We chose to celebrate our Valentine's by having dinner here this year. We were not disappointed. We made reservations. The fireplace in the host/reception area was so inviting with plush arm chairs to sit in for a very brief wait. Dining room has an intimate/romantic ambience to it, which was enhanced by candle light and red rose petals on the tables. Noise level was low. Service was prompt and attentive. Arrived about 1:30 on Jan 21 for my birthday lunch. There was one table of diners with about 8 and another table of 3 . My husband and I made the total of about 13. The 2 hostesses , one on the phone confirming reservations for the night; and 10 minutes later they decided, jointly where to seat us. I've honestly been avoiding this place because I always thought of it as a chain "fancy" steakhouse. Out of boredom, we decided to try it and we're glad we did! Our server, Jon, was very prompt, professional, and courteous. The filet, ribeye, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato casserole were all very good.
