Not enough choices on the bar menu. Bartender and greater were wonderful. I think the atmosphere is wonderful. Just a bad bar night.
Friday, march 24 my sister and I went for a dinner just to celebrate life and have a really nice dinner. The food was excellent but even more so our waiter Marco was just the epitome of what a weight server should be kind and courteous and attentive. Marco went out of his way to make sure that everything was just right for our evening out and we could appreciate it more. A great dining experience starts with great food, but is equally dependent on great weight staff and Marco what is the epitome of great thank you.

We ate there last night. The food... well we should have just ordered a pizza, it probably would have tasted better. I really hate to say that, Ruth's Chris has been our go to for years. The steak I ordered med rare was so rare it was cold. My husbands med rare, was medium, and the texture of more like a round steak than a ribeye, hard to cut and chewy. The waiter was excellent I will say. The spinach was good and the dessert was good. Just not the experience that it used to be. For the price I expect better quality.

Awesome place to eat. Ambiance, 500 degree entree plates, USDA Prime Steaks, strong drinks, great service. Ask for Gunner in the Bar/Lounge. I will take great care of you.

I happen to frequent thee Ruth's Chris Franchise(Manhattan to Puerto Rico),and unfortunately I must say this was the worst location I've ever dined in!! To start we sat at the bar because we had plans and were unable to wait over an hour to be seated at a table. That's where it all went downhill. Michael was the bartender that waited on us. I had to request the sticky bar area in front of us be cleaned. Then he refused to bring me a butter warmer as I requested. He told me they weren't allowed at the bar. We have always loved this Ruth Chris, made reservations for my husbands 55 birthday table wasn't even made like it is and gunner was off Tom was the server and he was ok but could have cared less about us he was to busy getting back to his food he was eating. I ordered Porterhouse MW got MR so I just didnt eat it potatoes was done all the way the salads were ĝood and the the sin cake is always perfect but it just wasn't good and a big disappointment last night.
