Very average steak house. I've had several better steaks at same price point. A decent place for NWA however.

RC is always an excellent experience. The food is superb as is the service and offered in a comfortably, elegant setting - yet welcoming for families even with younger children. The filet is always my fave - creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole are both awesome too! If you've been - you'll go back. If you've not been - don't wait!

I had to learn the hard way that Ruth's is probably better dine in. I had a long week, didn't want to cook but wanted good quality food. I decided to order to go. Wrong choice. I ordered a ribeye medium rare with a truffle crust and the roasted brussels sprouts. Needless to say, the sprouts were charred (not roasted) and my steak was a little too cooked for what I ordered. The food was just amazing. The filet had just an amazing flavor soft and easy to chew. Tina was our waiter and she's just a lovely soul. Would definitely recommend anyone to ask for her to be your waiter. The interior definitely was very nice and elegant. And to end things of we ordered a slice of cake for my birthday which was just fantastic.

Had a wonderful meal with my family, two petite fillets, New York strip, and T-Bone steaks cooked to perfection. The potatoes au'gratin, sweet potato pie, fire grilled corn, and asparagus were phenomenal. The deserts of flourless chocolate cake, crème brûlée, carrot cake, and white chocolate pudding cake was nothing short of spectacular. Ruth's Chris is my all-time favorite restaurant, been visiting for over 30 years. Our service was outstanding and very accommodating, but the food was not great. Our table ordered the petite file cooked medium rare, the ribeye cooked medium rare, and brussels sprouts and au gratin potatoes to share. The petite file and brussels sprouts were delicious, but the ribeye and potatoes were disappointing. The ribeye was served incredibly undercooked and the waitress agreed. Decided that we wanted a nice dinner, and I had a gift card here, so we were excited to come dine. The sea bass was delicious, and the steak was excellent as well. Our sever was top notch and the table service was excellent. We had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, and they were the best part of the meal. We had the mashed potatoes and the creamy spinach as sides. I wasn't overly impressed with either. It makes for a very expensive meal, but it's consistently good and makes for a nice dinner and evening out.

Steak is tender. Service is great. Sides are great. Steak has no flavor. We make better steak at home for a fraction of the price. I feel this steakhouse chain is way over rated!
