I happen to frequent thee Ruth's Chris Franchise(Manhattan to Puerto Rico),and unfortunately I must say this was the worst location I've ever dined in!! To start we sat at the bar because we had plans and were unable to wait over an hour to be seated at a table. That's where it all went downhill. Michael was the bartender that waited on us. I had to request the sticky bar area in front of us be cleaned. Then he refused to bring me a butter warmer as I requested. He told me they weren't allowed at the bar. Went here for Thanksgiving Lunch. The Best! Our server was the sweetest. The food was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
We have always loved this Ruth Chris, made reservations for my husbands 55 birthday table wasn't even made like it is and gunner was off Tom was the server and he was ok but could have cared less about us he was to busy getting back to his food he was eating. I ordered Porterhouse MW got MR so I just didnt eat it potatoes was done all the way the salads were ĝood and the the sin cake is always perfect but it just wasn't good and a big disappointment last night.
Prices higher than Willie Nelson, cake richer than Bill Gates. Great service, friendly server, excellent food! Atmosphere is rich.
Went for mine and my husband's 15 year wedding anniversary. Food was meh. 1) Took forever for our server to take our drink order 2) Lobster bisque was burnt. Didn't eat it all. 3) my filet with crabmeat and bernaise sauce tasted like mayonnaise. Filet cooker perfectly, but mayo??? I won't be going back.
We love Ruths and tonight just solidify why. Amazing meal, delicious drinks and the service was incredible. But at the end of the night, I just had to speak the the manager. Now before y'all call me a Karen, just hear me out. I had to call him over and tell him what an AMAZING job Alex (our server) did taking care of us. Prompt service, drink recommendations, food recs and even making a special birthday plate for the hubs. Will always a thousand percent love this place and if you go, ask to be seated in Alex's area!
