This steakhouse is the most fanciest and most enjoyed steakhouse I have ever been too. Thumbs up to the chefs because they did PERFECT on my fillet and I'm just so satisfied I think I will come here again soon. The creme brûlée was the best and most finest desert I've ever had. There crab meat is amazing and that was my first time trying real crab meat so that was really good. The truffle fry's were amazing and that was also my first time trying truffle fry's. Overall it was the best food I've ever had! Thank you.
Service and food quality were rather poor last visit. Corporate atmosphere just wanted to turn tables. Would not recommend
We decided to take the family to Ruth Chris on Christmas Day for dinner, as we've done in the past but this was the first time to their new location. Somewhat disappointing; service and kitchen were slow, and they were out of a number of things on the menu. But the really unfortunate thing was the mishandling of our steaks. We decided to go out for a nice dinner with my 85-year-old mother and chose Ruth's Chris, but we were extremely disappointed. We hadn't been in years, but after this experience have no desire to go back. Too many other steak places to choose from! Ruth's Chris is a Gamble Visiting Ruth's Chris is a gamble with your experience. The question is, for a place which commands higher prices, is the juice worth the squeeze at Ruth's Chris. Everything was way overpriced. The fillet was no flavor. Salad dressing was horrible. French fries were good. We will not be going back. It took him forever to see us also. Oh yes and they forgot the fries with our meal. We had to wait. Our meal was half gone when we received our fries. The shrimp was tougher than a boot. The cocktail sauce was good though, but I was really disappointed in the mistake especially for that price
Skip it. There are way too many restaurants in NWA with better service, food, and ambiance. Easily the worst "fine dining"experience in the area, by far. Especially for the price. My appetizer wedge salad and (1) martini were $60 during happy hour. I also ordered an entree but did not receive it because we were asked to get up and leave after they "accidentally" gave our table to other guests :) Awful management as well. Service was much better before the "facelift".
I cannot overstate how appalled I am by my experience at Ruth's Chris Rogers, AR. As a loyal patron who has spent well over a thousand dollars there this year, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect.
