Here for Father's Day 2018 tonight. We've been here many times, food quality is excellent and always prepared as ordered, and they have the most consistent and courteous service. Pours getting better!

I've eaten at Ruth's Chris in Seattle, Washington D.C., Dallas, and Tulsa. The Ruth's Chris name is built on consistency, i.e. that your experience will be as good in Chicago as it is in Calgary (if they had one there). The food was good, I had the swordfish and my wife had the Chilean sea bass. I tasted her CSB and it was very unflavorful. The Swordfish was very good. We went out for a birthday celebration. It was OK and not great because we are not 5 star type people. Having waiters dote on you is not our style. Prices are high. I had to laugh out loud when I saw on the Vegetable plate price it said "Market Price" LMAO. WTF. With drinks don't expect to get out of there for under 75 bucks a plate. Entree was excellent, blackened salmon with lump crab. Broccoli, meh-definitely a pass. The dessert was amazing...bananas foster cheesecake. The wait staff was delightful. In all, a wonderful evening.

My wife and Ihave a hard time eating out because we like to cook and honestly it's hard to find a place that can cook steak to our taste as well as us but man this place is great! Also we had a great experience with the employees that helped us. Whatever management is doing keep on doing it! Great job!

Meh" is the correct description Been to 4 or 5 other Ruth's Chris locations over the years. I would put this one at the bottom, and definitely below other similar steakhouses. Steaks were fine -- good but unspectacular. Service was good. Problem was the "everything else." Wedge salad was so salty and had so much blue cheese (and I like blue cheese) that it was killing the wine, so had to stop eating it. I held a private event for clients and Tatum did a fantastic job at making sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Ruth's for any occasion. The food is excellent and the service is second to none.

I usually do not give 5 stars unless it's perfect, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, nothing but SPECTACULAR!!! My husband and I came to Ruth's Chris for a date night, it was a weekend night, restaurant and bar both were very busy, as busy as it was, the staff was very very attentive courteous, friendly fantastic. Our meal could not have been any better, and the service was spot on. Every aspect of our experience was TOP NOTCH, completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!!!!

We came here to celebrate my graduation and we really enjoyed our first time here as a family. The waiter Jacob was very good, he took care of us was especially attentive to my 10 yr old child.
