Ruth's Chris is a high-end steakhouse. If you're looking for cheap, don't come here. Their steaks and appetizers are fantastic. You get what you pay for. I recommend the "Cowboy Bone-in Ribeye" medium-rare. For this restaurant, dress up. It's not a ball cap and jeans kind of place. You go to Ruth's Chris for a formal dining atmosphere and experience. Wonderful.

I came to visit my best friend from California and had Christmas dinner here at Ruth Chris, in general our dinner was a 5 our of 10. We both ordered the lamb chops but my lamb was burnt. The Ceaser salad dressing was not fresh and the sides were not made to order as expected. Our server was not personable but he was short and curt, he failed with the basic's of table services and follow up. Dinner was very good, as we ordered the NY Strip and Filet. Service was terrific as she was incredibly attentive (A+). The only issue for the night, was a tough Filet. Sides and dessert were solid. I'll be back for another NY.!

So everyone knows that Ruth's Chris is a high-end steakhouse, but over the last few months there receptionist service/ call in for reservations is a little least to be desired or lacking to say the least. We ate there about three weeks ago and reserved the "Wine Room" and someone was suppose to call me following up then no one called so I called and had to follow up a third time before the reservation was set. We had a party of 12 for my wife's birthday party at this location. Always a great atmosphere and the food was amazing as usual. We were in the "wine room" which was perfect for a private family celebration. Service was excellent and our waiter was extremely attentive to our requests. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. T we stopped for a drink in the bar before heading to our table and the bartenders were very good. Prices are high but you pay for a great experience.

This place has impeccable service. Their steak was good. I wish they had things like coffee crusted steak but I respect their simple approach with just salt and pepper. I personally did not enjoy their lobster bisque as much and their mashed potato was good but not amazing. Complimentary bread was warm and tasty. Overall, what you would expect for about 80 dollars a meal. I would recommend it for special occasion as the ambience and service is top notch but the food was average considering the price point.

This place is the BEST... Hence, the Rogers, AR. location. It's always a pleasure walking into this restaurant and greeted with a smile... We had reservations and were seated upon arrival. My salad was soooo delicious. My surf and Turf was excellent. Looking to go back soon.

This Ruth Chris is as amazing as them all, but Nick truly made the night special by recognizing my daughter that committed to Univ of Arkansas! The food and service was beyond words, Nick gave us such great details of what we ordered and made the selections so much easier! Thanks Nick! Mark and Ashley
