The food was delicious. Alex our waiter was very polite and helped us with good appetizers to try. Lobster voodoo was my favorito. We enjoyed our Paloma fever. Will definitely come again soon. Thank you.

I had dinner at Ruth Chris last night after a 4 hour drive into the city. The restaurant was in walking distance of the hotel but should have gone to a different restaurant. I sat at bar and the service was great. I ordered a medium plus ribeye and my steak was served to me burnt on the bottom and was well done. I was starving and tried to eat the steak but it was too burnt to enjoy. My potato was good . I was so excited to come here and enjoy a night out with my wife because we heard such great things about Ruth's Chris from our friends and through YouTube videos. The appetizers looked so delicious and everyone loved their steaks as well as their great service in the reviews however we got the exact opposite during our experience. Not enough choices on the bar menu. Bartender and greater were wonderful. I think the atmosphere is wonderful. Just a bad bar night.
Friday, march 24 my sister and I went for a dinner just to celebrate life and have a really nice dinner. The food was excellent but even more so our waiter Marco was just the epitome of what a weight server should be kind and courteous and attentive. Marco went out of his way to make sure that everything was just right for our evening out and we could appreciate it more. A great dining experience starts with great food, but is equally dependent on great weight staff and Marco what is the epitome of great thank you.
We ate there last night. The food... well we should have just ordered a pizza, it probably would have tasted better. I really hate to say that, Ruth's Chris has been our go to for years. The steak I ordered med rare was so rare it was cold. My husbands med rare, was medium, and the texture of more like a round steak than a ribeye, hard to cut and chewy. The waiter was excellent I will say. The spinach was good and the dessert was good. Just not the experience that it used to be. For the price I expect better quality.
You cannot go wrong with Ruth's Chris Steak House! Honestly the best experience and absolutely delicious food. We love having Jacob as our server!
