There were rough patches during the whole process but I was very happy with the end result. First off you need to know that the turnaround time right now is crazy. I was initially quoted a 12-week turnaround which is already pretty insane, but after paying the deposit the installation date actually offered to me was far beyond the end of the 12-week period. Placed an order for a simple small closet with shelves in one room in August. They told me I would get it mid October and there would be no problem with delivering on time despite the current situation. It's now November 29th and no closets yet. Last time they delayed it (delayed 3 times), I didn't even get a call. I asked to talk to someone in charge and they wouldn't give me the name. This business is not reliable. Avoid.

Linda Swon of California Closets helped us design the perfect full room office space complete with a Murphy bed for guests. Everything she did was professional and helpful. She went out of her way to find a company that would pick up our old furniture and donate it to charity on our behalf. Sergio and Kevin, the installers, were outstanding and overcame every problem that materialized. Sergio even improved on the design. We recommend this company with not qualifications. Their work is excellent.

I have been a 8 years CaCloset customer and I had multiple 10k+ design installed. Overall, I like their design and I assume I have been working with the top quality closet design company. Please also set your expectation correct. Your California closet project can easily take 1 YEAR to complete. And my most recent case was 2+ YEARS.My living project of bookshelf looks amazing but still waiting for a wrapup after two years(since 2019 Nov). Here are some catches: 1. Our designer, Kariann, was fantastic. She took the time to clearly understood needs and develop a functional and pleasing design. Pricing was very competitive to others we had bid on the project and quality was superb. Installation for our 2 closets was completed in a single day and very professional. This was unquestionably a great choice for us.

The designer came out and did measurements and assured me they can design something to meet my needs. made appointment for the design review for following week. Then no more news, no reply to my email. I called her the day before the scheduled meeting, she said according to the engineers, they can not custom anything that fits my space. If you like dope smokers this is the company for you. California Closets came to my home in January 2021 to draw up plans for an office space. I was told it would take about 8 weeks to get the office space installed. The first installer arrived in April and installed everything but one part of the space. While here he was smoking dope as witnessed by myself and one other individual. He said he would return and finish it but never returned. If you're considering getting anything from California Closets (Tampa office) just pass, save yourself the time and headache. I worked with Lisa Vivero and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I stopped in the showroom in September to purchase extra accessories for my California Closet. Yes, sounds pretty easy.
