I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea Unga at California Closets. She came to my house and came up with four different designs for me to choose from. She also worked the design to fit my budget. The whole process was easy and I am in LOVE with my new closet. Everything fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend California Closets. Ask for Chelsea. She was amazing!

The design and installation of my closet was great, but they don't provide any customer service after it's been designed and installed. Be very careful before you make a final payment because they do not return calls or make good on their warranty. I love my closet but the company does not stand behind their product.

Michelle came to my home to give an estimate and she was wonderful--helped me come up with a budget-conscious plan and completely understood what I needed. She got back to me the same day with a quote. I highly recommend working with her.

My closet is amazing! California closets turned a small space into a fabulous couture boutique. I get a happy feeling each time I step in to decide what to wear! I am forever grateful to Ben Weiss for designing my closets he was easy to work with! The installer was top notch & detail oriented.

We hired California closets to make a cabinet on a long bare wall in our dining area. Our initial consultation was done by Karin and she was wonderful. Karin made all the measurements and even gave us an initial design. She was very helpful with recommending lighting and types of handles. We recently converted a multi-purpose room, with murphy bed and master closet two functions, using the room as bedroom when having visitors, as closet attached to master bedroom when without guests staying. This is very customized, requiring a lot things coordinated well in design and construction. We installed closet systems for my daughter's bedroom and our basement guest room. California Closets was the more expensive of the 2 quotes I received, but I found Kathy's designs to flow better. I also like the wall based system over the floor based that other companies offer. We didn't do anything fancy, but it was a very effective use of space and she was responsive to and patient with my indecision. Our installer, Scott, was awesome. So so disappointed with my experience. Not one, but two missed appointments unfortunately shattered my confidence in the company. I scheduled an appointment online for two closets, which they called to confirm. All set for an 11am on a Saturday (with additional email confirmation). At 11:15am, no one was at my house so I called and the office/scheduler said the person meeting me (Linda) was driving and unable to talk to me, but thought our appointment was at noon so she would meet me then.
