Paul put in a closet in my 2nd bedroom. It looks great. Outside of some drills I did not know Paul was in the house. After he finished he gave my wife and I a review and tips. This the third closet I have done with Ca closets. I highly recommend them !!!!

I would it start good with this place, the design looks promising and things feel good in the showroom. However, I keep regret I got it installed in my house almost everyday since the installation. First, they use a lot of fillers for the installation. I don't like fillers, I consider fillers as a cheap and lazy solution to the rescue of bad design and lack of consideration and measurement. Be sure to ask the first and last name of the installer before they start work on your home and double check insurance, licensing and other records. My installer left damage in the common area of my association and left a mess in my closet, which took an extra day to complete due to his unprofessionalism. This issue relates only to the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office of California Closets. They refuse to give me the last name of the installer and now I'm not even sure his first name is accurate. It was not a great experience. Our designer made a few mistakes on the design (measured the height incorrectly which needed to be re-measured), did not take into consideration functional needs (how the outlets would connect to items on table top), over-designed (included back panels of wood against the wall that weren't needed), made some pricing promises he couldn't keep (said we could count it as capex meaning no tax which then he took back the day before install), and never responded when we asked some follow up questions... read more

I had Jami come out to look at our master bedroom closet a few months ago. She was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for, and I love the design of our new closet. We have more space now! I have used California Closets multiple times in other locations and had great luck, but the local franchisee doesn't seem to have any understanding of why people use their service. Our three day installation that was pre-ordered four months in advance took five weeks to do because they didn't budget enough labor for the installation to start with and they are way behind on all of their other jobs. Suzanne Maurice was our sales rep. She was great during the consultation & measuring appts & was quick to respond until things started going sideways during install. I had questions & during & immediately following the job (I learned one of the guys they fired took our file and invoice with him) but instead of getting back to me immediately it took her another day to respond.
