Roberta Lasecke was fabulous to work with!! I was in a rush to get this closet installed and she was able to squeeze me into the schedule. They sent a wonderful install crew who were COVID safe and very friendly. Wonderful experience and can't recommend them enough. Thanks Roberta!!

They have a beautiful showroom in Scottsdale that is open 7 days a week. I choose not to go with them mainly because of cost, but they do nice work. They must be busy because no one called me back after I waited online then opted for a call back. So frustrating to not reach people, and it was Monday!

I recommend california closet to anyone. Solid, sturdy, high quality materials. We contacted them to design our kids' bedroom closet and they are very prompt to respond. Our designer was Wellington Shores, very knowledgeable at what he does, very creative, very pleasant and gave us a discount. The installation went very smooth and lasted for 2-3 hours. We are very satisfied. Lifetime warranty. Price is a little bit on the higher end but well worth it. We will definitely use them again.
I would highly recommend, California closets. Dana, came out and helped us design and recommended a few things.. how we could utilize the space. we met Dana, at the Los Gatos show room. We got to see the color, fits and finishes, which really made us feel confident in our choices! The crew came out to install everything, they were really friendly clean and efficient. the job is now done we are really happy with the finished product!!

After moving into our new home, one of our first projects was renovating the closets, which were outdated, with mirrored doors and broken/dysfunctional shelves. Nick Graham was our Designer. Immediately, he put us at ease with his warm manner. He has flexible, considerate hours and met us at a time that was convenient for our schedules. Excellent service and Excellent quality! Julie Bennett is Professional, Patient and Insightful. She worked with us and created a design which was exactly what we wanted. Her space planning was perfect and it showed in the finished product. I cannot stress enough about how nice this process was because of her. Her team of Installers were wonderful! We are so happy with our closets that we are now doing the Laundry room!! Thank you Julie!
I'm a professional builder and would never use California Closets again. Delay on top of delay and absolute lack of any sort of quality control. To make this worse there's no communication or customer service. I spoke at length with the General Manager, Greg Stamuli and it's obvious this lack of thought or care stems from the top.
Terrible experience. I liked our designer Mariana and she did a great job coming up with a design and concept we liked, but the execution/install was pitiful. Excuse after excuse - my $40,000 project still isn't complete and it was supposed to be finished 4 weeks ago (after they had already worked for ten days, they needed more time because their installers were only here for about 2 hours a day).
