Sabina was so professional and came up with 3 different and creative ideas for our master bedroom. We added a dresser, and three floor-to-ceiling closets that look amazing. The installers were terrific as well. I would recommend them to everyone who wants quality and beauty in design and construction.
I installed a small walk in closet, and I am VERY disappointed with my experience. The design process went okay with no communication issue or miscommunication. The pain started right after the installation.. a long story short, it had many installation issues and damaged my wall and trim. Shame on me. For my last two houses I used California Closets for multiple closets and gave five star reviews. From start to finish (design through installation), I experienced white glove service, perfect quality and super smooth installs. Now for my new home in la Quinta I went with a local resource strongly recommended by my interior designer. Honestly, this experience proves you get what you pay for. I feel compelled to compliment Calif Closets for their excellent service. We had an uncommon type project ...creating an interior recycle bin with addl space for paper towels etc. they custom designed it to our specifications, installed on time and were really responsive throughout the process. Then, maybe six months after it was installed I sort of... broke the bin. I seemingly pressed too hard to compact the paper etc and the bin broke off the rail. Went to California Closets to see materials and get an idea of the quality. The door to the showroom was locked about an hour after the stated opening time. I figured it was a Covid thing, so called the number to schedule an appointment. When the call center answered they were surprised the showroom was not open and asked me to hold. Shortly after a design consultant opened the door, he was there and just did not respond even when we had knocked on the door. When you arrived, the door was locked because our Designer was using the restroom and we've had previous issues with ill-intentioned visitors entering the showroom while the designer on staff was in the restroom. Cameron Denton came to my house to make modifications on the previous owner's closet design. He was very helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable about their products and their installations. He helped me schedule the installation after there were problems with the original date. Keith was the installer and did an excellent job. This is my fourth home that I have used California Closets. They are always excellent, and I would highly recommend the company. California Closets...Quick to take your money, but terrible in communications! Our advisor quit, who never responded in a timely manner , likewise the manger never return my call. They were 4 weeks later than promised the post poned delivery because installer was ill! Guess they only have one installer, but because when the initial installation was done there were 4 guys! The day of the initial installation we were told the doors would take an additional two weeks which turned into 4 weeks. Good product. Poor follow through.

My custom entertainment center and cabinets are awesome. The rendering was exactly what I wanted. I was making changes up to the day of install and they accommodated. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely come back if I needed something else done. They will work with you budget too.
Many problems but the most important was the fact that a worker came who was not vaccinated for Covid and he worked in my children's room with no mask. Unbelievable! And no return call from customer service.
