I'm so thrilled with my most recent closet job! I actually like walking into the closet now LOL I know it was a small job, but thank you so much for all your help! I love it! This is the third time I have used California Closets and love the work they've done, starting from Tacha, the designer to the installers! I will definitely refer friends to California Closets!

Very expensive compared to other vendors. I ended up going with a small business owner for have the price they quoted and faster turnaround.

Could not be happier with the experience of working with California Closets to turn our small laundry room into an amazing utility space! Antonio was wonderful to work with and helped us with the design until it was perfect for us. I highly recommend testing things out in the showroom as part of your planning so you can see just how many awesome built-in and other features they have to maximize your space. The install experience was smooth as well and the team was very helpful. Thank you very much California Closets!

I used California Closets in Dallas and it took them three visits to get everything installed correctly, Now have used them in Palm Desert, CA, and it is worse here! This is a franchise, and we are facing our fourth visit from them to install six hanging rods, 5 drawers and lighting. All of the drawers were dragging in the hinges for the doors that closed over them. Excellent customer service. I worked with Karter and she was super responsive. They have so many options now! When I was a kid, I remember them having only one or two looks. Now, literally anything is possible. Enjoy.

California Closet's service and scheduling has been deplorable. They scheduled my installation 5 - 6 weeks ago without alerting me to the date and confirming the date. When I happened to call them to check on scheduling and they shared the date, I said the date wasn't doable because I was closing after that date, they then pushed the date out 25 days. They acknowledged the issue on their side but have refused to take accountability for their mistake. I have spoken to about 4 different people, wasted multi hours, and still no... read more

Took the day off to be here for a TWO HOUR arrival window. It's 30 minutes past that time and no one is here, no one has called, no one is answering at the Roseville location or main office. Not sure how you run a business like that but it's not great.

We were so lucky to have a great designer Karin to work with us after we moved to new home in Vegas. She is extremely detailed and came out awesome design for our master closet, pantry, retreat, drop zone and great room niches. Also the California closets crew members are so professional and delivered a wonderful work accordingly. My husband is very picky person but he never had one single complaint for this project

Taylor was our design consultant and she did a wonderful job helping us with a bookcase for our house. The whole process was easy, and Taylor was a lot of fun to work with! Highly recommend.
