The California Closets team was a great group of people to work with from design to installation. The materials and designs of two closets were outstanding. We were dealing with medical issues and they accommodated our schedules. Highly recommend this team.

Still waiting for the installation of a drawer which was wrongly designed in the original installation. The original installation was in November 2020. Today is July 2nd 2021. In the interim, they sent 2 wrong drawers and promised to replace quickly. I have a whole chain of emails and text messages with the company and with the sales rep. No one apologizes. The software Stacey used to build my design was fantastic. She built three or four options which were 3D and comprehensive. Stacey Allen is knowledgeable and experienced in this field and offered great suggestions to meet my needs & budget!
The 510 number that I called was horrific. They young man was beyond rude. Told me that if I did not use their website that I could not get an appointment. RUDE. What a shame and loss. I have a 150-200 square ft master closet that I want to upgrade and redo. $$$ lost. These guys aren't prejudice..... they are just plain old STUPID and ARROGANT young people.

I want to thank California closets for doing an amazing job on my walk in closet. They exceeded my expectations by far. Lylah is an amazing designer that makes things happen. This company and all their workers were amazing from beginning to end. I researched walk in closets for a year and California Closets and their products and prices are the best out there. Nobody comes close to their product that is made in Italy. It is good quality. Pictures to follow as soon as my chandelier is installed.
I worked with designer Roberta Lasecke on my master bedroom closet. She is super experienced, I think she said she was with the company for 15+ years. So she knew all the products, material and offerings very well. The process goes like this (during CoVID): you make an initial appointment via phone, a designer visits your home in which you talk to your designer how you need the space to be organized etc.., they take the measurements. California Closets does not care about their customers.. it's been over a year since my closet has been installed and paid for . And I am still waiting for them to fix the damaged closet glass doors that they put in my closer after putting on the wrong doors. All the doors were put in and were scratched up and they were mad because I wanted to Have un damaged doors. I HIGHLY recommend CC for all of your built-in needs!! The quality and workmanship will blow you away. I was VERY impressed with the process from start to finish. Not once did I feel let down or dismissed with my many questions and requests. CC exceeded my expectations! Flew in for the install on the date given only to have the installers show and tell us they had what they needed for the laundry room and master closet (except the right drawer slides that had been t amen from our job for another one), but did not have the materials for the garage. We were not informed ahead of time or would have changed the install date.
