Paid 1/2 of the payment (15k) in Feb for a closet project. Install began in June and paid in full (another 15k). How so very foolish of me. Amanda (the closet designer) had the electrician install the new electrical plug in the wrong place. They said it would take 3-5 days to install. Took 6 days and then they said they didn't have all the items to install due to supply chain issues. They didn't get back here until August. They send out a new technician each time and not with the correct things to install. It's now August 31... read more

My experience with California Closets (CC) began about 5 years ago, when I decided to redesign my master bedroom walk in closet. I called CC and another leading closet designer that advertises all the time (we'll call them Company A). Each was invited to my home to submit a design estimate. My 2 closets turned out so beautiful, I almost didn't want to put any clothes in them. They are a wonder to look at. Aude did an excellent job in creating them, and measuring them perfectly. Daniel did an amazing job installing my 2 closets. The closets were completed on the exact date I was told they would be done. I cannot recommend California Closets enough. My expectations were high, and they were exceeded.

STOP! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A CLOSET COMPANY! Where do I even begin? I previously had a bad experience with another closet company in the area. The closet started falling apart and the salesman never would answer my calls again. So I asked my sales agent for my new house if he knew another company that would do a good job for my pantry. When they came to fix the installation the guy was great. Christine said she would come back when they were done to make sure and did not. The sad thing was they had to take it apart to fix it.

I made several calls, left several VMs and finally got through to the national customer service line who shared they would reach this local representative on my behalf and have them call me. It never happened. I had hirer expectations for this La Jolla store and was sorely disappointed-

I needed to update a very small pantry off the side of my kitchen. It's maybe 4 feet square, maybe. I was walking through downtown Summerlin and saw California closets so I stopped in and made an appointment for an in-home consultation. Now I expected CC to be expensive. But I was still disappointed. The person showed up on time. My understanding was he would measure, take pictures, go away and make a proposal. But instead, my home became his office for 1.5 hours while he did his designing work on a laptop. That was annoying... read more

I highly recommend Brooke Lynch to handle all of your home and garage closet needs! She was not only on time but came to my home with a beaming smile and got to work! She had a positive "can do" attitude and set the bar high for service. Brooke's the best, and I would hire her for all of my future closet and storage needs! Oh, and have her bring the baby!!!

I hired California Closets for the three closets in my new home. Everything was great until installment day. The people that installed, damaged one of my walls and although i know this can happen, we've reached out several times to our customer service agent and they won't respond back. Now that they got their money they don't care. These closets were not cheap and now I have a terrible dent on my wall that they should fix or give me money to fix. Closets look like a 10 but customer service is a 0. Beware!!
