Small room designed as a walk in closet Skylar added the components necessary to manage the items we wanted for the space. Installations was amazing and the project From take off to landing it took less than 4 months which allowed me time to touch up and empty the area. Excellent job!!! Team California Closet!!!
We are extremely disappointed that we contracted with this company (10/17/22). Initial steps went well, but once we contracted with them and put down our deposit we were pushed aside. First was told install date was end of January then moved to 2/2 and then pushed to 2/22. Installation team was amazing, but was not given adequate time to finish our 4 projects. 6 weeks later and still no meaningful progress. They showed up twice more with the wrong product. The local team doesn't care, the corporate team doesn't care and it was way too much time and money for me not to care. At this point, I have absolutely no idea how this project will get finished because this franchise of California Closets is completely incapable of finishing it.
This review will be based on multiple phases: 1) upfront design work and customer service, 2) installation and 3) final closeout and customer follow up. This is a tough one to write. But I'll be candid and review across categories Design: We were looking to build an entertainment wall that was simple, maximized our space, fit our equipment and wouldn't bust the bank. We drew up the original design and our designer suggested changes. She came home and measured. All good so far. Problem was, everything seem reactionary. Our pantry needed a complete make-over and California Closets was able to make my 'dream pantry'!! Jonathan was fantastic from beginning to end! Our original design he did was great but when I asked for the 'wow' factor, he didn't disappoint! Prompt service and quality of the work done exceeded our expectations! Great experience start to finish with this home project. I only have one closet in my flat so organization was critical. My designer Erin was amazing, suoer efficient, clever with small space and knowledgeable. I asked CC for designs/quotes for 2 closets and pantry at the 11th hour. I was ready to accept a design/quote from another company but my father mentioned his positive experience with CC so I decided to check them out before making a final decision. Their designs were spot-on, pricing was in line with my imaginary budget AND they were very responsive and followed up as I would expect a company to do that wants my business.
