I hired CA closets to update my laundry room. The consultant was very quick and had my design done within 30 minutes. Over a month and a half later when they came to install the project the design was missing cutouts to accommodate the dryer vents. This caused on site revisions that looked very sloppy. Then, one of the floor to ceiling doors was not made to order and did not fit. They came back 2 weeks later to install the new door. Customer service was my biggest issue. I came into the store to get some knowledge about the different types of closet before my in house appointment and the employee would not help. She told me I could look around at their different options. There is no educational material around their showroom so I'm not quite sure how I was suppose to learn anything. Not once did she get up from her table or take her eyes off her laptop. Not a way to get a potential clients business.
We have used CA closets on multiple occasions. Everyone from the designer (Emily Haradon) to the installer (Andrew) this job and all past jobs has been responsive, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. I so appreciate that they always leave the job clean and tidy. If anything needs an adjustment they return to fix it, even years later. We had some shifting in our cabinets due to our home settling over time. They returned to fix it at no charge. The customer service they offer is rare these days. We were really impressed with California Closets (we worked with Kimberly for the planning portion) - and we would definitely consider them for our future projects. We re-did an old-school reach-in closet (I didn't even know that term before we did this!) in a bedroom that we've been using as an office, and it just looks so much better now. Kimberly went through the process with us step-by-step and was honest and gave great feedback. Definitely give them a try if you're looking at optimizing your spaces!

I went online to request some quotes. I got a call from a representative who located a designer and scheduled an appointment. The following day I get a call from a woman DEMANDING I told her who I work for. Confused I asked her to repeat herself. She grew more angry and YELLED at me for requesting more than one quote and said I work for a competitor. Mind you this was someone who called my phone and started the conversation off irate.
