California Closets - Santa Monica designed and installed a Master Closet and a Computer Closet in my home. I thoroughly enjoyed working through the details with Kim. It was a partnership and i am so very happy with the outcome of our effort. The installer also did a great job with completing the work. I highly recommend Kim and the Santa Monica team. Thank you!
Julie was amazing! She is the reason we decided to go with California Closets. She is a such great listener, very attentive and experienced. I was unable to be at the consultation so she was able to review everything and answer and ask questions via FaceTime while my husband was there with her which was amazing! Let me start off by saying that 3 yrs ago I had California closets build my closet space and the did and excellent job, which is why I went back to them. 5 star job. Also MISTY the sales representative is amazing. Although, fast forward 3 yrs later the service quality is horrendous. I hired them to install a Murphy bed, cabinet space, and closet doors. (Over $12,000) They messed up on every single thing. (Examples: big bold letters on top of paperwork. "Do not cut moldings", first thing they do is cut moldings, put together ... read more

Our experience with California Closets was exceptional, and reminiscent of customer service as in the past. In todays world this still exists, but unfortunately it's the exception rather than the rule. Our design consultant Reggie is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the product. My experience working with Maria Mizzau from California Closets San Diego was so enjoyable, that I miss her already! I had a vision in my head and she made it a reality. She suggested ideas that I never thought of and answered my many questions immediately. I did not have a closet installed it was my actual bedroom. I reached out to CC for a closet install. My space is a regular sized reach-in closet so I was not expecting much. However, the designer, Aude, sure came through with many designs and options. She arrived professionally prompt at my appointment. Afterwards when I decided to do the project she communicated very well about payments, delivery and confirmed all appointments with me. Bernadette Madden of CA Closets is a great asset -- she spent so much time drawing (and redrawing) a walk-in closet for me. I met with her a number of times to look at possibilities, from overall design to details like door hardware and paint finish. She was patient and gave me plenty of time to come to a decision about what I wanted. The wait time was about 8 weeks between design approval and installation.
