I need more than 5 stars to review Jenny Ebel from California Closets Palm Desert. I've worked on two projects with Jenny. She is responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend Jenny Ebel - she will always be my first call.

What started out as an exciting project ended up being a disappointing experience overall. My designer, Amanda, really took my thoughts and ideas about my closet needs into consideration and that was reflected in the designs she came up with, which I did really like. I cannot say enough positive things about this company - from the designer _ Karen - to the installer. So wonderful. My closet hardware had literally ripped out of my walls - I now have a beautiful closet with so much more room and organization in the very same space and incredibly sturdy. I am absolutely thrilled with this Company. I highly recommend them.
We've had dozens of closets installed in our homes and have never experienced the poor workmanship and customer service that we received from St. Louis California Closets. We contracted with California Closets to install 7 closets in our home that was being remodeled. Six of the seven closets were installed either incorrectly or unprofessionally. I had a confirmed scheduled appointment with California closets for 12 o'clock this afternoon, I got a phone call at 9:25 stating that the person who was going to come and give me the estimate was sick. Sorry but not cool I took a day off from work to schedule this appointment, I asked if there was another person who could come out today I was told no. I then told them don't ever call me again don't ever schedule another appointment you cost me money to take time off from work.
I am truly blown away about the transformation of my closet. I had a mess before with 200+ pairs of shoes and my closet was not the best format for everything I had. I still remember when my rep Jonathan saw my closet and his initial response and he told me he could do wonders with my closet and he kept his word and did WONDERS with my closet. Our design consultant (for both projects) Suzanne Maurice, was knowledgeable and responsive. She guided us through the process and helped us make decisions and select options to meet our needs.
