We had a really great experience with CA Closets. Our designer Heather was super helpful and friendly, and very patient. We held off on visiting their showroom until the very last minute -- we didn't think it would be necessary, but it was very helpful when we eventually stopped by. The installation process was a little less than ideal because they had to come back 3 times after their initial install. 18 years ago when we purchased our home, we had California Closets install organizers in our master bedroom closet. We used cheaper Closet World for our two daughters rooms. I have regretted using Closet World for 18 years, and am happy to say we finally changed out our daughters closet to California Closet! she is thrilled with her new closet, as she is now entering the working world and is now super organized. and just as a side note, the original California Closet product installed in our master bedroom so long ago still ... read more

Do not give these people your credit or ATM card info. They arbitrarily charge, unscheduled whether the work is done or not. They did not make my scheduled install date, then they charged my card anyway, without asking for authorization. When I called my salesperson, she told me it was not her problem. Awful!

Please note that this review is for California Closets (showroom located in Bellevue, WA across Overlake Hospital, next to Kasala, Merry Go Round, and Whole Foods). Also note that I'm commenting more about the quality of people/customer service from CA Closets versus another local closet company. From the consultation with Tarja to the installation by Marouiane, my expectations were exceeded at every turn. My preconception was that closet organizers were pre-fab and constrained to specific dimensions. After checking many reviews, we decided to get an estimate for our closets from California closets. The designer, Kathleen came to our house and took measurements and showed us what can be done. We were then supposed to meet her at their location for an hour long meeting. On the day of the meeting, we got lost and reached 20 mins late for the appointment. Did a lot of research on closet options for our brand new master closet. Thought we would do it ourselves using product from the Container Store but after meeting with Sally and comparing product we knew we were getting a better product for a great price. We LOVE our new dream closet and LOVED working with Sally...she was very professional, had great ideas and was very helpful with our project. I would highly recommend California Closets and Sally Benyola.

We used CC for two projects. The first was a simple "reach-in" closet in a small guest bedroom that needed some extra shelving and storage to make it more functional. We were very impressed with the design and the quality of the materials. It had a big impact on our decision to have our master bedroom closet done. I just got my closets done by California Closets and like to share my experience with people that are thinking about getting their's done. I live in L.A. area and my home is one of those typical home built in the 70's.
