My review is for Designer Sally Benyola Our experience has been great! I can't say enough good things about Sally. She was our personal "Designer for the Sexes". She was great about listening to what both of us needed in the closets and helped us to come up with a great design for our three bedroom closets and our large hall closet that we both very happy with. When we purchased our house, we knew that we were going to need to invest some money into it to make it better suit our wants and needs. One thing I really wanted done was a custom closet. There are a few options in town for custom closets, but no one does closets as well as California Closets. Could we have gotten our closets done elsewhere for less money? I love my new closet! Thanks to our designer Kathleen. We interviewed three different designers and Kathleen's design was the best. She has great eye to optimize the space! The whole process was easy and painless. The installer was great too. He was efficient and made no mistakes! Very happy customer!

Worked with Abbey who exemplifies the perfect salesperson. Closets are her thing and she knows how to mix and match various design ideas to squeeze out every last inch of space while preserving the integrity of the system so it is all accessible. We orginally chose Duracite to take care of our cabinet/shelving needs but given their inability to provide timely service (see one star review) we made the switch to California Closets. CC did such an EXCELLENT and FAST job with our closet shelving needs; with the same alacrity, they were able to step in to provide our more esthetically critical, non-closeted, storage requirements. You get great quality custom product installed by trustworthy professionals. I highly recommend Designer, Kathleen for her professionalism and eye for detail. She'll be honest and give you the best design to maximize you space with style!

So it's been well over a year since our closets were put in and I'm realizing there's some pent up venting about this business I never got to do... So here I go! To my defense, i was about 8 months pregnant when I hired them so not really in my "right" mind. Our total bill was over 7K for them to make a closet in a space I had our contractors hollow out (using our closet and the closet from the guest bedroom sealing it up in that room, exposing it to make one large space in ours). i was not advised as to the weight capacity, crappy installation and VERY expensive - particle board which fell apart for $3000!!! yuck
