Kathleen K. is the best!!! I thought I have a good design already but she suggested a much better one. She is very professional and lovable ;) I was not there when the installation happened but the 3 closets done in 3 hours. The job was very clean and sturdy. Can't wait to do my garage after this one is paid off. Kathleen and California closets are highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with California closets. Nancy was great to work with and was very helpful in designing three, very efficient, closets for us. What struck us most about Nancy was her ability to understand what we were looking to do and then taking those ideas and incorporating it into design. The installation process was prompt and the installer was very professional. We've only had our closets for 24 hours, but truly enjoy their efficiency and their quality.

Completely changing our first review of California Closets. We are officially FANS! There as a misunderstanding when we had written our first review. Since that time, California Closets and made us extremely satisfied in their price and quality. We couldn't be happier with the installations we have had done and can't wait to add more to the house. I put this off for years as "indulgent" then finally got closet units for 5 of my closets.... WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG????? California closets has an outstanding product! I can't beleive how much extra space I now have! Even my two teenagers are organized! Roger spent a great deal of time designing the perfect systems for our closets. He was amazingly fast in getting the design completed. The installers were extremely efficient and professional. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this to anyone!

This is my second time using California Closets. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it's definitely more costly than other organization services that are mainly DIY (though oddly less expensive than the flimsy wire systems at Storables and the Container Store). However, the full service and hassle free experiences are well worth the premium. Very happy customer.

A very unfortunate experience, I wish I had not gone with CA closets. My "design consultant" Alyssa Cohen was very difficult to work with although the customer service at the CA Closets Tribeca office was very professional and nice to try to make up for her "moodiness." The installation was full of hiccups from mis-measurements to scratches all over the shelves that had to be re-done and leaving me messes to clean up in every room (took 1 full day of professional maid service to get all the sawdust and debris out of my apart... read more

Lisa Freeman has created efficient, usable space in our space challenged closets. In addition, she designed new storage for us that increased our closet space by 100%. Lisa always met her deadlines, was personable and had alternatives for us to choose from without putting any pressure on us to spend more than we had budgeted. We have recommended her and California Closets to our neighbors who are similarly space-challenged in their builder basic homes. If we ever need more organizing, we'll call Lisa. I set up an appointment with California Closets to get a quote on a wall bed and garage cabinets. Bob H. (consultant) showed up and was very helpful in reviewing our needs and designing a solution. It was all downhill from there. 2 days later we got an official quote that was significantly higher than the quote he had provided on-site. I responded to Bob's email asking for a lower price in line with his prior quote. I never got a response to my email - not even a polite refusal. I have since found a much cheaper option.
