They were the most expensive estimate (almost $7600) but we convinced ourselves due to their size and longevity that they must be the best and therefore most likely to give us the best experience. From start to finish, an enjoyable experience. I got a call-back within a day or so of me submitting the online inquiry. My designer set up a mutually-convenient time. She was on-time and really great to work with. The two spaces we worked on were pretty simple, but needed to be organized. Did a consultation with Sarah about a month ago. Spent about 45 minutes going through different mock-ups. She said she would send me the mock-ups to review and never did. I even emailed her again to follow up and got no response. She initially quoted me approx $6,800 for a walk-in close (approx. 6' x 7') and my initial reaction was that the price was a bit high. I guess she interpreted that as if I weren't interested. Poor service.
Monika made the entire process enjoyable, very efficient and the end product turned out fantastic!

Fantastic! From the first call to the install. Would highly recommend this showroom for both residential and commercial jobs. As a designer based in LA with discriminating clients up north, it's important to work with a team that is extremely professional and delivers on their promise. Great team!
We have not had a service completed by the Modesto location so this review is based on our initial visit to the showroom. The store front is sparsely decorated and dusty/dirty. It took a full 5 minutes for someone to come out to greet us and when he did, the first thing he offered was his colleague's business card and suggested we visit the San Francisco showroom. This is not a review but I am very surprised and a bit skeptical that almost all the reviews were posted December 2014 or January 2015. Quite a few are dated January 1. Coincidence?
My husband and I had our staircase remodeled and wanted to utilize the space underneath for storage.
