My sales rep Erika was great! Very professional and listened to what I asked for. She was very responsive with all of my questions, and went above and beyond! The installers were equally great! They did a great installation in the time they said it would take. They took care, to protect my carpet and surroundings, and did a great job. They asked me to check in periodically to confirm it was shaping up as expected. Very professional, and looks fantastic! I love my new closets!

I was in a very urgent situation and had worked with your representative Glynis. She came t my rescue and in a few days it was fixed! For our master closet we shopped around before deciding to go with CC. While other places were cheaper, they were just not able to provide us with the custom look we wanted. Our designer at CC, Stephanie, was extremely helpful in asking all the right questions. We realized there were things we wanted but hadn't thought of, like a full length mirror, a belt rack, and hampers. We recently used CA Closets and Trish Morrow for new built-in desks and a media center for a downstairs living area and again, we are absolutely thrilled with the results!!! Trish is incredibly responsive and quick. She sent over preliminary designs the very next day I emailed her and after two visits and multiple email exchanges, we got the details just right. CA Closets, and specifically Sally Benyola, was recommended to me through a friend who is a builder/designer herself. She said Sally would give me the absolute best value and she trusted her completely with her advice. It was before Christmas when everyone is crazy and it was a weekend and I called the phone number my friend gave me, not knowing it was Sally's cell phone. California Closets - I thought this company was the pinnacle of custom closet solutions. We were so wrong! Wanting to take advantage of the February 20% off and free upgrade, we met with our sales person at our home for measurements then again at the Berkeley showroom to finalize the design. We were told we would receive the contract and final design for approval in a couple of days. As each week progressed we were told we would have everything in the next day or two.
