California Closets is the best vendor I have used with my move. They have been responsive and focused on quality. I appreciate their extra steps they have gone through to make the installation one I and they are proud of. I would recommend them highly.

I have used California Closets a few times. First time the process went without a hitch, but I did use an interior design company that may have smoothened the process. The second time there was incorrect contact information for delivery, a design error (which was refunded), an area on the wall where the paint was damaged during the work but not fixed, having the team to come fix it the next day was difficult, the original delivery timeline from design was two weeks that all of a sudden extended to six weeks, they charged a c... read more

We purchased two armoires and had our office closet fitted with drawers. Our designer was Dawn. She did a wonderful job. Our installers Ernesto and Alex were equally wonderful. Yes, they are a little expensive but I see why. The quality of their people, product and craftsmanship are worth every penny. I would and will use them again!

Awesome! This is the second time I have had CC install my closets, and both times Lisa Freeman was very accommodating, patient, and detail oriented. The design process is great, and the quality of the installation and construction is top-notch. A+ all around. Thanks!

Initial review just after installation. Rosie was my designer and I can't say enough about how well she does her job. She took what I requested seriously and came up with a perfect design. I only tweaked one thing. She was also wonderful to deal with. Lead time was nice and short and the installation crew was fast and excellent at their work. Highly pleased with how it came out. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Every date and commitment that they said I would receive things by never happened on time. They were very disorganized and unprofessional. Ended up cancelling with them and going with someone else who did the same job at 75% of the price. Price aside the other company was much more professional in their communication and hit all deadlines. I would be very skeptical if you're think about going with California Closets.

I had a horrible experience. The designer came & created the plan. It was just 'okay' & cheap looking, but I figured it's a little space & no one looks in my closet anyway. I needed efficient & I trusted her judgement. The installer showed up a few weeks later, multiple hours late, complaining that "they" overbooked him & he had to keep rushing back to the store because their designs were all wrong.
