Sally Benyola did a great job first understanding my needs and then working painstakingly with me to get exactly what I wanted into my closet- getting an overwhelmingly large wardrobe into a challenging space. I recently installed a custom walk-in closet from California Closets and the whole experience was seamless and enjoyable, and the closet is spectacular! My designer was Debra and she made the experience super easy. I made an appointment, she arrived on time and fully prepared. Once she finished measuring she designed a closet system in front of me and we worked out a final design in a very short time within my budget. We had a great experience from end to end. Our designer, Stephanie, has been outstanding. She's reliable and a great communicator in addition to being creative with her designs and solutions. Our installer, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was also wonderful. He was respectful, friendly, efficient, clean in his work, and also a great communicator. We welcome and look forward to the chance to work with them again. Also, our closet looks amazing!

When we decided to organize our master closet, we got 4 different estimates so we could have choices. Even though California Closets was the most expensive, we really liked Staci and felt her design and customer service were top notch. One of the annoying things about California Closets is that they require you to arrange to have your existing closet torn out, patched and painted.
