Very happy with the whole process. Grace was great to work with - very knowledgable and professional. The installers were right on time and finished early. It looks great!
Highly professional and very affordable. I like their showroom where you can select more specific choices such as colors and accessories. The designer is always available and answered every single question to our satisfaction. Installation was a breeze. Highly recommend.
this place is awesome. my wife and I had wonderful experience and end up with beautiful customer designed office that turned the room around. we worked with the designer "Manon Demers", she was absolutely amazing. after delightful visit to our house, she generated couple of designs all of which were very nice and matched our taste. if you want beautiful design, make sure to ask for Manon Demers....you will not regret it. on the delivery and installation day, we had "Mark Augason" installed the massive office anc cabinets. I was in the market for a complete closet re-deign and wall bed for my condo. I worked with a designer named Katie and she did an excellent job of discovering my needs and designed everything according to these needs. I did get additional quotes but Katie did the best job of providing what I was looking for. She was attentive and professional and always followed up. Our designer Caren was great!!! She was very professional, knowledgable, patient and understood our needs. She did a great job on our designs! The installers were punctual and worked great. They were careful and their job was clean. The only negative feedback I would have is the instal date. Although we were informed up front that installations dates were out more that four weeks, we would have wanted our closets a lot sooner. Overall great job!!
Bonny and Lori were awesome to work with. Closets came out beautiful and install group were incredibly professional.
I'd give them a negative rating if I could. Absolutely pathetic service, rude install staff and high prices. Found much better pricing and Customer service elsewhere.

Amit, I think you may have us confused with someone else. The only Amit S. I have in my database was for a couple in Sunnyvale who got a bid from us but did not purchase from us. I have nothing in our database with your last name since 2009 and both of those have different first names. I think you have the wrong company and I hope you will move this review to the company that deserves it.
California Closets is pricey, to be sure, but they are unbelievably accommodating, professional and conscious of your time. We went through multiple iterations of our master closet design and started and then abandoned a garage unit without complaint or missing a beat from them. Their product is very high quality and I'm really in love with how organized everything is now. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I bought a home that had CA Closets in it. I tried to get a couple replacement drawers for the island and was treated so arrogantly by the "designers" that I decided to try something else. The drawers come in 2 sizes, a 12" and a 6" drawer in height. All I wanted was to replace 1 12" drawer with 2 6" drawers. I offered to bring in the 12" drawer and the original plans from CC but they insisted that they would need to send a designer out to my house for $250, and that their installers would have to install them at $125 pe... read more
