California closets made my very small closet look Efficient,organized and beautiful!! The finished product was amazing and the workmen were very skilled! There are a variety of colors and wood to choose from and I now have a closet that is not only functional but gorgeous!!!

Manon did a great job consulting about our options. I told her what style and price range we were looking for, and she planned the design accordingly. The individuals that did the closet installation were professional and also did a great job. I had to leave them alone for about two+ hours while I ran back to work during the installation, and I felt comfortable with them being there alone for that time.

I can't say enough about California Closets! I was able to get an appointment with the designer, Simone, on the same day I initially called. She measured our closets (a walk in storage closet and 2 small coat/broom sized closets) and created functional designs for me right in my home. We worked with Manon and are so pleased with our Master Bedroom closet! She was extremely patient with us - over a number of weeks and numerous iterations, she worked with us to get the closet that was the right combination of function, esthetics, and value. We are are so pleased with the work California Closets did for our new home. My husband worked with Simone in May to design our bedroom closet, pantry, linen closet and garage cabinets. Simone did an amazing job understanding what we were looking for and delivering exactly what we needed. They promised a two day turnaround on the installs and they kept that promise. Terrible customer service. It seems to me this is luck of the draw based on the individual consultant assigned to your project. Unfortunately we were assigned a consultant who was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked to be reassigned my complaint was referred back to the problematic individual. Horrible negative experience. We went with SpaceSolutions and were very very pleased with the service and the product.

Recently, you wrote the following review of our services: We are very pleased with the whole process, Lisa Dick was responsive through the whole process and did a great design. The technicians were great. One small part was left out of the hamper and they very easily put it on when the part came in. However I was most impressed that our credit card was not charged until everything was done and installed.

California Closets(CC) has done it again! I can't be more satisfied for the creativity of the CC team. I had another project done with them, and let me just say how impress I continue to be with their work, craftsmanship and professionalism. They really know how to work out a space and make it as functional and practical. You may think that you are spending a lot, but the work at the end is worth every dime. From my experience on the phone to set up my consultation, to the design and now the final product in my home it was a wonderful experience. I had reservations bcuz of ppl saying it is very expensive, but don't let that deter you, they will work with your budget and the quality of the materials is not cheap like other closet installers.
