Jessica and the team at California Closets was awesome. The design process worked really well and they were super flexible when we kept changing our minds! The installation itself was done really efficiently. We had a couple of issues that were fixed really quickly. Highly recommended.

Corrine was amazing to work with! Listened, professional, and showed me so many options for the space. She's a sweetheart! Shane, the installer was great to work with as well. Professional, efficient, and a trustworthy guy. At the end of the day I love my overpriced closet! My only complaint was the billing department was highly unprofessional!! Our contact Sarah was extremely helpful and she had a great vision for what our closets (really small ones) could become. The installers were awesome! They figured out ways to resolve issues. Extremely professional and clean. I would highly recommend Sarah and her team to do any work. In fact, am asking her to do more for other places we have. These closets look great and works well.

I was planning to write a 5 star review based on the experience that I had before the installation day arrived. After a wait of almost 6 weeks since I placed the order (which is standard as per CC standards and was communicated in advance), I was happy to have spent almost a whole day in clearing out our closets that were to be furnished by the CC team. We just finished our third project with CC and could not be happier with the results. Our apartment has been transformed. Our designer Kristel is fantastic and made the design process very easy each time. We ended up with designs that looked great and also used materials that gave the systems a unique look. Our designer Kathleen was really helpful. As skeptical as I was with just picking up the phone to cold call California Closets, she put us to ease and guided us through the whole process. Great experience! The time of the cold call to the at-home consultation took about a week. The consultation itself was done after finding our exact needs and requirements. Multiple options were give and we quickly settled down to the one we wanted. The install date was about a month and half later and that went off without a hitch as well. ... read more

I had California Closets create my master bedroom closet. It is a semi-walk-in closet. It had the original builder-grade wooden rods and old wooden shelves. Trish, from Huntington Beach, came in and designed a very, VERY functional and good-looking closet for us.
