What a rip off! I spent $5000 less than 3 years ago for shelving in my walk in closet. They were more expensive than the other companies I looked at but I figured I was getting a trustworthy company that would provide excellent customer service. The initial install was ok - they messed up a few items but eventually it was all corrected. Flash forward 2.5 years and we are remodeling our bedroom and bathroom. I recently had California Closets visit for an estimate on a Murphy bed with two wardrobes in our office. I was really pleased with their professionalism and response time after I submitted a request for a consultation online. Four days later, our consular uo included measurements, wood samples, and a three dimensional computer design in CAD. I would give more than 5 stars for how happy I am with my recent California Closet installs. Speaking specifically of the Dean Martin, Las Vegas location, our designer was Simone- she met with us in their beautiful showroom and then came to the house for onsite measurements and design ideas. She fully understood our needs and incorporated EVERY single request we had into the resulting designs. We met back in the showroom where you can see your product in 1D and 3D on a big screen. totally pleased with the projects I had done . our den in December and most recently 2 bedroom closets. Lylah was our designer both times and totally love the plans we worked out for both closets, our den and laundry area. Actually have more room then before. Amazed how much "stuff " you have in a closet that you never use or wear .

We recently had a leak in our wall which caused our sons closet organizer to be damaged and we had to remove the whole thing and replace it. Needless to say the insurance process was a nightmare and a lengthy wait. Enter California closets and Megan Vonachen. Megan Vonachen was the best. She was consistent and attentive and always following up with me to let me know where we were in the process from start to finish! Megan made sure to expedite our closet to be installed right away and it looks amazing!

Mike was fantastic! On time, friendly and professional. Michelle was fabulous! My entire apartment closets were done by California Closet. They have the best design concepts, closets, staff and simply THE BEST! It is worth it.

I interviewed 5 closet organizer for my project. The California Closets designer was the most professional and personal she listened to my needs and worked with me throughout the process. The installer was also extremely professional and worked with me to ensure all my needs were met My experience was fantastic!!! Thank you!!! Score 10 out of 10

Jessica was responsive, creative, easy to work with in spite of the many changes we kept throwing her way. The resulting master closet is beautiful, functional and organized in a way that keeps us neat. We had a weird shaped space and Jessica was able to design around the idiosyncrasies with skill. Installers were efficient and everything feels sturdy and solid.
