Worked with Tarja who was very knowledge and very easy to work with. Installers arrived on time, were very courteous, great job with installation and left the area spotless. Could not have been happier with the finished project. The cabinets are beautiful.
Excellent. The design process with Ben was quick yet thorough. What ifs were handled easily. The installation could not come quickly enough and we love the finished project. We have used California Closets in our last three homes and we have two more areas already scoped out and designed in this one.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, so let me start with the positive. The owner, Bob, came to our house and came up with a workable design for improving our closet space. The installers did a fine job of implementing his design, and it is far more functional than before. However, we expected the final product to look like the pictures he showed us, and that we had seen online, but got a jarring contrast between the new components and the ragged mess of the old closet. 10/10 - Antonio Bracamonte was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend him and CA Closets. We ripped out some ugly existing shelves and transformed the nook in my dining room into a set of elegant glass shelves for my colored glassware collection. I love how it turned out, and would never have been able to imagine it without Antonio's help.
I needed some help from California Closets because my closets which they had installed is falling apart. There literally is no one on the floor at the Larkspur store of any help. I had asked if there was someone who can get me some glue to hold the pieces together and she went to her desk to hand me the white Elmer's glue! I called (510)763-2033) the next week ( as I was out of town) to talk to someone and had to listen to elevator music for 7 minutes before someone came on the line. We are a totally separate company based in the south bay but if you PM me with your contact info I should be able to get you to someone out of the San Francisco business that can fix this awful situation! I highly recommend Sally Benyola who designed my Master Bedroom and Guest room closets. Sally has rich design experience. She is very skillful to leverage any space then turning it into elegant and practical closet by her creative design. She also pays attention to your lifestyle, so that she can put it into her design considerations. Sally is very responsive over email and very on time for any in person appointment, this makes me a peace of mind during our the whole design process. Thanks Sally!
My wife and I found ourselves wondering what we were going to do with the stuff in our extra bedroom when we found out a relative had to move in. Our extra room had 2 desks, 3 bookshelves and the closet was full of her craft stuff. I'm really happy we had our closet built by California Closets. The whole process went easily and smoothly. Their designer came to our house, measured the closet, and asked us a few questions about what kind of space we need (bar, shelf, drawer, etc). Then using her laptop and their special software, she dragged, dropped, and sized all the components quickly onto a drawing.
