I did not have a good experience with this company. They did not deliver the closet that I ordered. I wanted the fake wood look and they brought and installed white. If I had wanted white I would have saved myself $4000 and gone to ikea! I was not home when it was installed and when I tried to go into one closet I found that it was so poorly designed that I could not squeeze past the wall of open shelves to get to the hanging section. Tried to schedule an appointment but it had to be 3-4 weeks out given their scheduling. In itself, while an inconvenience, it's not a huge issue, but in the email to me, they confirmed my consultation with another client's address. Doesn't seem very organized and concerned about privacy!

I am so blown away by the professionalism and kindness within this company. From the woman who came out to measure our closets and show us options to the installer who came in. Asked if he should remove his Shoes. Put down protective blankets on my floors for all of his tools. Everyone was so polite, kind, helpful. Wonderful company I highly recommend to anyone! The closets are also amazing! They customize anything for all of your needs and will work with any budget. I would give more stars if I could!
Michelle Miller did our in-home design consultation. Ms. Miller was incredible and helpful and warm. We were all ready to sign the contract to spend $5,400.00 on our Master Closet renovation, until I sought clarification on the Autumn Upgrade Event promotional mailer from the Sales Manager Karen Avne (I wasn't seeking a lower rate, I was just seeking to understand the promotion). Ask for Travis if he's available. Within the first few minutes of meeting him I got a good vibe that he was going to do a great job. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me and get me to spend more money than I needed too. In fact, it was quite the opposite. I had the best experience with Taylor at C Closets Miramar. She is amazing and so helpful and professional. We were doing a full house remodel and I wanted to have our long walk in closet done professionally. I love our closet. The color Taylor helped pick is perfect and the layout is great. We had a great experience with California Closets. Not only are we very happy with the end product, but we had an extremely positive experience. Our design consultant was Jenn Chin and her level of customer service was amazing. Jenn was prompt in her responses to any questions we had. She was extremely accommodating in working with our schedules when setting up appointments and quickly provided us with a with a Certificate of Insurance (required for our building for any third party contractors). I agree that Brandon Hyland is Amazing. I was told by other closet designers I could not accomplish my ideas. Guess what? All our needs were addressed; everything has been installed, and we are so pleased. The quality, the workmanship, and the professional ability of the installers was exceptional.
