I am thrilled with my transformed clothes closet! My designer, Trish, was fantastic. She listened to my ideas and had suggestions that ended up being absolutely spot-on. Installation crew was meticulous, prompt, and courteous. I am so much more organized now, and it's wonderful being able to "shop" for work outfits in the morning. Katie did a stellar job with planning and designing our closets and the visual she was able to provide was exceptionally helpful. I would first like to start by saying that Heather was phenomenal and we worked very well together. I am very hard to please and nit-picky but she was patient and took her time with me, even went out of her way a few times to go over things and I loved that. The guys that installed my closet were excellent and extremely hardworking and did a beautiful job. The closet is Beautiful and looks amazing in my home, I'm so excited to start organizing and can't wait to do my 2nd closet.
Dealing with California Closets of Huntington Beach was a great experience from start to finish. I visited their showroom to get an idea of the kinds of shelving they offered and their salesperson (sorry I forgot her name) took the time to go over pricing and finishes even though she had an upcoming appointment with another client. Jonathan Avne helped us work designs for our master closet and garage and they both worked out fantastic! I interviewed 3 companies and working with Jonathan was by far the easiest and most professional person of all. The installers were on time, professional, clean, considerate, courteous . . . An extremely disappointing experience in dealing with the owner - Bob. I was so excited to start work on organizing our Master Suite walk in closet. Bob came to our home and spent about an hour working on the design. My budget was $3,000 - I think that is a lot of money.
